Walking in you are greeted by a very friendly staff. I was shopping for a birthday present for my girl and Jennifer Wilcox listened and helped me pick the perfect earrings for her. She also told me the pro’s in my selection so I felt more confident after the purchase. Hands down they impressed me more than Tiffany’s and I would recommend them to anyone. Nice selection and excellent service makes me a return customer for sure. Thank you Jennifer :-)

I came in to have my band fixed on a watch I actually purchased elsewhere. They turned it around very quickly and when I went to pay, they said there wouldn’t be any charge. Great experience and I’m definitely coming back when I need to add additional watches to the collection.

Natalie at Ben Bridge did a great job resizing the band for a watch I had purchased elsewhere. She got the watch configured for me and taught me how to take care of it … and then waived the $ 50 fee. She was professional and knew what she was doing.

Walked in and had to wait a few minutes to be helped, which is totally fine. I could tell that the lady that ended up helping clearly did not want to give me any of her time. I wanted to try on wedding bands and I guess I didn’t look like I was worth the effort, because she didn’t say more than 20 words to me during our interaction. She didn’t give me any information about the rings, or ask about what styles I was looking for. Or anything else. I asked about men’s bands and got little more so I decided to leave. I will GLADLY sit in traffic, drive the extra 30 minutes and pay for parking to go to the downtown location so I can avoid going back to this one.

This store was by chance all I wanted was to replace my battery. However when I went to pick it up two days later. I had left my ID and Debit card in the SUV… out of nowhere they said «Don’t worry about it on the house!». Maybe I’m not used to people doing nice things for me but when they do… it feels noteworthy… The manager said visit again. And I definitely will… Thanks Ben Bridge

I walked into the store to take a look at some watches as I was deciding to buy one for my birthday. I inquired the price of a couple of watches and the attitude of the sales rep went downhill pretty fast. He started asking me if I plan to buy any watch at all. I think it was just plain rude and insulting of him to say that. Will not be going there again.

Walked in for repair job. The Asian female employee stared at me from head to toe evaluating what I am wearing and how much money I was willing to drop. As soon as she found out that I wasn’t buying anything, she flipped her attitude. She was rude, mean, very insulting. I was ready to walk out. I needed to get the job done here because they are the closest authorized dealer but next time I will be willing to drive further to get a better service. I won’t be back here again. For what they carry, I expect better and more sophisticated service than this. Very tacky and cheap.

I wrote a rather scathing review focusing on two customer service failures. First, my watch that went in for service in early August of 2014, was not repaired and returned to me until the end of January 2015. Second, other than my original drop off of watch (to their watch repair specialist who friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like a great guy), the attitude of the store personnel that I experienced was very subpar and never once did anyone offer any apologies for the watch repair fiasco that ensued.
After seeing my review, the store manager called me. He’d clearly first researched my situation and came to me apologizing for both failures. His attitude and demeanor were 180 degrees from what I’d experienced after dropping off my watch.
He convinced me of how important customer service is to him and I believed him when he said that he’d do the work necessary to get the staff I encountered back on track. That is really the most important thing to me. The mess up on the watch repair was unpleasant and inconvenient, but even in the best run enterprises, things happen. It is what they do when the problems happen that truly define their customer service.
I certainly can’t give them any more than a neutral review at this point, but his efforts to apologize and communicate the importance of customer service made a positive impression.

Worst jeweler store in Bellevue Square.
I tried to get a watch sized, and the lady was going to charge me $ 15 and that it was going to take 2 hours… why the f%#* should it take 2 hours to take a pin out and insert a link in my watch?
If this is the type of service that they’re offering, I would try to avoid it if you are planning on buying any type of jewelry. I can’t imagine how much they would charge to buy something. My advice… don’t go here.

Solid 3.5 stars for an impressive selection of men’s watches: Tissot, Raymind Weil, Tag, and even Rolex. But no Breitling! Odd considering their Rolex had several displays.

What a great experience! Dan helped me, over the phone, locate a ring that I had seen in store. He was very helpful, prompt and curious with my questions. When my boyfriend (now fiancé) went to the store, he was the one who helped him too. Dan did a great job providing a selection of diamonds in the price range and my fiancé did a wonderful job picking the perfect diamond! Thanks for everything!

All of these places look the same to me. But this is the one where I ended up getting my wedding ring at. I don’t think there is any real benefit to choosing one jeweler over another, but the lady who helped us here made the experience pleasant enough.

I visited the store to have my Rolex sized. I didn’t know who to talk to, so I browsed the Rolex section until someone would approach me. The store had ~5 idle sales reps who would glance my way, but not offer help. When I got tired of waiting, I tracked one lady down and it felt like I was wasting her time. I pulled out my watch and she brightened up and quoted me $ 15 to resize it with a 1 hr wait. Despite the bad reception, I agreed. On return, another lady helped me at pick-​up, and said I was misquoted and the price should be $ 25. Since it was their service rep’s mistakes, I insisted on paying what I was quoted, which they agreed to. Regardless, the whole experience made me feel horrible and I am never going back. The watch was sized nicely, but I expected more.

Took my watch to adjust the bracelet size. A Chinese lady asked me if the watch was purchased there, when I said no, her attitude changed from friendly to nearly hostile, told me it will take 3 hrs to take 2 links out, and it cost $ 25. When I went back to pick up my watch after 3 hrs, it was not ready, and i had to wait another 20 mins. While I was waiting, the store manager began to ‘interrogate’ me about where I got my watch, and gave me so much attitude I felt like a 6 yrs old in principal’s office. I have purchased watches from their other stores and had wonderful experience, but never again will I set my foot in the Bellevue Square Ben Bridge.

I’ve had 2 different experiences in this store. First time was great, went specifically to look for pearls, and the lady was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we left with a necklace and some earrings.
The second experience tends to match what a lot of other reviewers say. We went in, and the assistants were just all standing around, there were 3 in one corner chatting, so I walked up and had to ask for help, I felt bad for interrupting them while they chatted! The lady who did help was nice, but the other assistants seemed to have little to do, and were shouting and laughing across the store at each other, which I found very unprofessional and distracting. Fortunately the lady I was dealing with was very professional and was able to help me out.
I will try other jewelers in Bellevue square just compare the service, as it lets the store quality down.

Don’t waste too much time going around to price out jeweler service charge for ring sizes or whatever. They have been best every time. They have 18K Italian gold, watches, small trinkets too.

Picture this. A pretty, sparkly store in the mall at about 7 p. m, with three cheery people available to help, one conversing friendly-​like to a man and his son. One of the cheery women steps forward and says «May I help you?»
Me: «Yes, can I get a new battery for my watch?»
Saleslady: «Yes, if you leave the watch here, you can pick it up tomorrow.»
Me (with obvious, generalized hands-​to-​the-​forehead frustration because I cannot find a store open during non-​work hours and have been trying to get a new battery for several weeks): «*Why* does no one work on watches at this hour?»
Her: «Because they have a life.»
Yep. That’s what she said.
I’m quite sure I looked stunned, so she added, «So if you just leave it here, you can pick it up tomorrow.»
Me: «Well, I won’t be in Bellevue tomorrow.» Leaving unsaid: and now I wouldn’t leave my watch here if you paid me to.
Honestly. While this was a particularly inappropriate response from this particular salesperson — thus resulting in this review — I don’t think it’s too much to ask for mall-​based stores to offer opportunities for those of us who apparently have no life to still get a watch battery.

This is the only Ben Bridge I liked because the sales person was good – not knowledgable, but good at selling.
I don’t think that they want you to find a ring that you can afford, but they want you to find a ring that THEY can get commission off of.

Eh. I was watch shopping and felt like no one was taking me seriously here. I walked in, looked for someone to speak with and while it was obvious the people who worked here noticed me, they made minimal effort to offer help. After trying on one watch the man who was so reluctant to help me promptly said, «Have a good day» and rushed me off. They have 1000 watches, I would have considered looking at a few more but he had the right idea. It was clear he didn’t want a sale and I promptly went to another store across the way and spend a few hundos on a great watch where I got much better service.
