Bellevue Square

Very nice and clean mall with an AWESOME kids area on the third floor. Love love love it! The third floor also has a cupcake shop, Gymboree class facility, and a kids haircut place. Restrooms are quite well-​maintained and there’s one family restroom. Since the «whole floor» is a dedicated kids area and everything is within sight, I felt safe enough to let my 5-​year-​old walk to the water fountain by himself (while hawk-​eyeing him); he sure loves being a «big boy.»
The playground is ocean/​ship-​themed. My kids were crazy happy. They love the big ships and taller structures — they like to be daredevils. The sand castle slide was their favorite.
It was really busy during the weekend. Plenty of parking when we arrived in the late morning. By 4ish, the whole place was packed.

This mall has been around for many years and has seen so many additions, remodels, face lifts, and expansions, you would hardly recognize it from what it was in year’s past. I really feel like this is one of the better shopping centers to go to in the greater Seattle area because of the sheer volume and variety of choices available. There is also the added benefit of free parking which is a big win over anything in downtown Seattle. Bellevue Square is also part of the Bellevue Collection which connects even more shopping, hotels, and other amenities and I believe there is another major expansion in progress so look for even more options in the near future.

Lovely shopping centre (first time visit over to Bellevue). Great downtown area for retail therapy and plenty of restaurant selections.

This mall is great! I would come here all the time after school as a teen to come and hangout with my buddies. This mall has a little bit of everything for everyone! They even have a bar inside of Nordstroms. While Bellevue Square lacks an official food court they still have a few scattered food places that are great! Bellevue square connects to Lincoln square which in turn connects to the Hyatt via the 2 sky bridges. This will connect you to more restaurants and bars, as well as a few extra goodies like the movie theater or Lucky Strike/​Power Play. Parking isn’t an issue as they have 3 big lots with optional valet parking in the main lot adjacent to Macy’s. Come to Bellevue square while the holiday deals are still ripe and you might find yourself walking home with some cool stuff at great prices. Snowflake lane which is a public free event they put on during the holiday season is put on here. Come check it out!

This is the mall I have loved coming to all my life. There are several stores which keep me coming back: Lush, Nordstroms, and Abercrombie. I love the accessibility to Lincoln Square Cinemas, and all of the food options around the mall: Garlic Crush, Mod Pizza, Pasta & Co., and of course The Cheesecake Factory in the mall. Great outdoor parking back by Macy’s on 4^th.
I hate that they took out Hollister. They did put in a Zara and Uniqlo though, which almost make up for it. I’m super excited for the old JC Penny to be all replaced. Zara and Uniqlo took the top floor of what used to be JC Penny, but the bottom floor is still open. I hear rumors of Whole Foods putting in a newly branded neighborhood market comparable to a Trader Joes in the space.
Overpriced Santa pictures. Don’t bother with that. But DEFINITELY come by for Snowflake Lane. It’s a blast every night.

I love the fact that this mall has a big garage. Love coming here because its so lively every time I am here. After Black Friday, it can be quite busy and crazy here at time. Might have a hard time finding a place to actually sit down and rest. But the mall is always decorated in the center.
It has basically all the stores that I like.
As well during Christmas they have special events just outside of the mall. Not to mention, the good restaurants that is attached to it as well.

I love love coming here for shopping but in the end, I never really get anything. Also, this place does not really have a lot of places to shop for guys. BUT, there is really something here that makes me wanna keep coming!

Every time I walk around the bell square I have an existential crisis. Whenever I feel comfortable in life I will go to Bell Square just to shake things up and remind myself of the complexities of modern capitalism. In addition to being a metaphor for the state of modern America, Bell square is a cornerstone of my youth. I came here with my friends and wandered aimlessly around for hours never going into any stores. I wish I could understand this place. I get the strangest feeling inside it. it is a church of sorts, but this is not the religion for me. I can tell that there’s deepness and richness of life within this place, but it’s been years and I still couldn’t tell you where it is. 3 stars PS: Do NOT take psychedelic drugs in this mall

Sometimes I love to hate on you, but really it’s a nice place! Are all the stores here the most economical choices for your budget? Nope. But there are now some. And I’m a total lover of Nordstrom, and this Nordy’s is pretty sweet. Also the new-​ish Apple store seems to be a total behemoth for a mall, so if that’s your thing, that may be appealing.
Side note, to be fair and transparent, I totally used to work in Bell Square during breaks in college. I’m not saying how long ago and what not… because well, it’s just not a need to know type deal! HA! Can’t date myself here. But being a former employee of a store here didn’t really affect my feelings in a negative or positive way towards this place, just meant I frequented here a lot more.
Parking can be a pain if you come in the holiday season, but parking is free in the garage… so I feel like it’s hard to complain. Plenty of food options, different types of stores, and places to kill time here… especially considering all the stuff along Bellevue way easily accessible through the garages, sidewalks or sky bridges.
Oh and if you love Christmas-​y stuff and aren’t crowd averse… there is Snowflake Lane which happens here. It will likely be packed. But there is a whole big thing with fake snow, costumed folks and a parade type performance that shuts down Bellevue Way nightly for a brief period of time. So that may strike your fancy if you can handle being pretty packed in!
Bell Square, I have no doubt I’ll be seeing you again…

I’m always curious about malls when I visit different cities so we ventured out to the Bellevue Square Mall. When we arrived and parked at one of the parking garages, we failed to follow the signs and got a bit lost. We crossed one of the skywalks and went into Lincoln square which is made up of a movie theatre, limited retail stores and a hotel. We realized this was not the mall so we crossed the skywalk back to Bellevue Square. We entered thru Macy’s and out to the mall. This mall was pleasant and it offers many different types of retail stores. They do have high end stores but I feel there’s a good balance of everything.
They do have a Tesla store which I found interesting. There is a Model S inside the store and the staff is more than happy to explain everything about the brand and the car. Some of the stores I shopped included: Pandora, Seattle Team Store, Lego Store, Macy’s & Made In Washington. On the third floor, there is a children’s play area along with a cupcake shop. Dining options are impressive at this mall and there is something for everyone. You can definitely count on Starbucks being here for all you coffee junkies.

I’ve been a patron of Bellevue Square mall for 15 years. Most recently, i was there for dinner with my BFF.
There are about a dozen restaurants at this mall besides the food court to choose from, and they are all chains.
Parking is free and the parking garage has always has space when I’ve stopped by. However, you can go across the street to Lincoln Square and park for free too and use the skybridge to get back over to this mall and not have to wait for the crosswalk.
Fashion Week is celebrated at this mall and there will be a show 9÷23−27. They have various other events like the Bellevue Arts Fair the last weekend of every July and Snowflake Lane, where fake snow machines blast out snow onto the streets during the holidays with high school bands and actors dressed as toy soldiers.

This place is literal heaven and I hate it (and love it. A lot).

Really nice mall, nice location, lots to do nearby.
Located on Bellevue Way, across from Lincoln Square, and a lot of main hotels including the Westin and the Hyatt.
Pretty full mall when it comes to stores; not a lot of open retail spaces available. Be prepared to shell out a bit of money though, this mall is rather high end. Nordstrom, Tiffany & Co, Apple Store, Fossil, Macys, Hollister, Coach, Seattle Team Shop — just to name a few stores. No food court, just a few randomly scattered places to eat (Starbucks, Auntie Annes, Top Pot, some other ethnic places I can’t remember the names of). Nicely laid out, lots of escalators around and a large stairway and elevator in the middle of the mall. The holidays are fun to check out here for Snowflake Lane — I highly recommend checking it out. Very clean mall as well, you can tell it is high end.
Parking can be really rough on the weekends. I suggest trying one of the back lots — the one up front where JC Penney used to be is the first to fill up.
As I said lots to do nearby for nightlife and dining. Restaurants surrounding include: Red Robin, Cheesecake Factory, Tavern Hall, Cactus, Earls, Joeys — just to name a few. Nightlife includes the Parlor Live Comedy Club/​Lounge and Lucky Strike (bowling and a nightclub w/​an arcade).

Great mall for shopping, people watching, and grabbing a bite to eat! A variety of great shops and some of the big name department stores are here too. A more upscale mall, but nothing you need to dress up for ;) There’s an elevator in the middle of the mall — all the way up top is the kid area with a play area and Gymboree for classes (highly recommend for little ones!).
Around the holidays, Bellevue Square starts to get very busy and traffic leading to the mall can be somewhat crazy in downtown Bellevue. I always like to park in the structure towards the back of the mall, but getting there can be hard at peak times. The parking in the middle of the mall area gets super crowded more quickly than the back structure.
I really like this mall… and miss having the luxury to browse and drag my poor significant other through an afternoon here. Coffee, shops, restaurants — all good stuff!

Clean, nice mall. It needs a Zara, H&M and a better Forever21 to be PERFECT (well, kinda). Maybe other stores but I’m blanking right now.
Come here during weekday afternoons and you can see lots of rich moms/​wives just shopping away, lol. And I like to joke that every other car is a BMW, Audi, Benz or Range Rover. Tesla’s are popular too. Welcome to Bellevue.

Nice, clean mall, however, not many stores are available here. Plenty of parking in the garage.

Eh, it’s a mall.
And it’s convenient — closer to the Eastside than downtown, with a better selection. They’ve got a number of exclusives — including Apple, Leica, and Tesla. Their clearly targeting people with an appreciation for design and a lot of money.
The problem is that despite the range of high-​quality shops there’s also teenager garbage like Aeropostale. In other words, it’s still a mall and most shoppers are under the age of 18. While it’s upscale when compared with almost every nearby competitor, it still features a frustratingly juvenile quality.

Very clean mall, great stores, lots of food options. Just avoid on the weekends. The mall does not have the capacity to handle all the people who flood it over the weekends. You will find yourself going in circles looking for a parking spot.
I like the variety of stores from high end to reasonably priced stores, and there’s even a Tesla store! I store with a car in it… In the mall! Lol
The mall is very clean, as are the restrooms. The staff at the kiosk are very helpful and kind.

How come I haven’t rated Bellevue Square yet? I come here for everything: ice cream, coffee, clothing, kids playing area, fashion show (oh yahhhh).
My only complain is the parking on 3 level (yes, only on 3 level). People are so afraid (or lazy), they rather wait 20 min for someone to leave their parking spot. That makes the line goes as long as to 1^st level. But these lazy /​ignorant people don’t realize if they go to 4 or 5 level, it’s empty.

My life hasn’t yet progressed to the point where everything is going so well for me that I can find parts of Bellevue Square to complain about. Even if I were a millionaire, I’d still be impressed by the grandeur of this beautiful mall. And it’s been, what, two decades now? I remember how my mom used to take me here when I was a kid and buy me drinks from Orange Julius and let me play on the ship in the Kids’ Cove. Those were the days. This was a five-​star mall back in the 1990s, and if anything, it’s even better today.
This mall is amply sized and has well over 100 stores, many of which are high end. Probably because of that, the entire mall looks and smells good. To add icing on top, they have a live piano performer (at times when she’s not on break). Okay, so I’ve just described three human senses that this place does an excellent job of pleasing, right? Come during Christmas season and it’s even more spectacular with all the pretty lights hanging around. But of course, you can marvel at the place during all other seasons too.
One unusual feature of this mall is the lack of a dedicated food court. I mean there are some restaurants outside, as well as some smaller food stands and fast food restaurants inside. These places tend to be scattered around with no real rhyme or reason, though. It may appear frustrating for those who are used to having food courts, but I suspect the real reason is that they don’t want to lower the apparent quality of the mall by creating a cluster of cheap food stores. That, or they just ran out of room after all the great stores got there first.
