Great shoes, bad customer service even dealing with their manager. No curtesy to the customers! Shoes comes in missing pairs etc. can see that their inventory in the back is not organized. Then I came in with a Bellevue Sq. gift card, they told me that they can’t give me cash back if I spent less because their system is not updated??? All stores at Bellevue Square accepts it but not this particular store. So the manager lets me go out the door not getting the shoes and she advises me to use other gift card and pay the rest with my card:) No thank you, I don’t need your valuable advise on how should I spend my money. Not coming back.

This place can get very busy and the floor can get messy. If you know your size and are familiar with their slip ons than just buy and walk out. That’s what I did with my friend Jamie. We went to the car and they fit fine.

It’s not one of their nicer stores, but they usually have good sales going on, now up to 50% off rack. I don’t criticize their quality as I don’t expect more than a year out of them, so for $ 50 or so, that’s not too shabby as they’re pretty fashionable in regards to their own line. Ground level across from the Disney store.

Employees in the store are very polite, always dressed nicely! I like dress shoes and it seems to be that they had more good looking shoes few years back and more selection. Don’t get me wrong, they still have nice shoes, but less choice.

Although the selection/quality is quite as large or as good as Nordstrom, I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t found any awesome shoes here(yes, even better than Nordstrom and definitely at a better price point). I think my biggest complaint is that if you want to receive genuine service, you’re not going to get it on a weekend because they are simply understaffed. I came in today(on a Saturday) and was not greeted by anyone. Moreover, it took over 10+ minutes for them to find the pair of shoes I was looking for in the back, and she pulled out the wrong size. Another 5 minutes and she finally found the ‘misplaced’ correct size(it sounds as though they have a terrible organization system in the back). However, the people there are always helpful and friendly, despite having to deal with bitchy customers who leave messes after they are through. Their shoes fit me well and are the correct size(I am a 7.5). Other stores sometimes carry shoes that aren’t necessarily the correct size(sometimes I need to go up to an 8, but that’s only if the shoe itself isn’t sized correctly). I was here a few days ago to try on some other pairs of shoes, and given that it was a Thursday afternoon they were still busy but not overwhelming so. I’d recommend going during a lunch hour or sometime during the week. It’s just not worth dealing with the crowd of people. Like the stars indicate, I’m a fan! But this isn’t ‘as good as it gets’.

This place was terrible. I walked in today and the store was pretty busy. There was 1 person helping everyone in the entire store. It took forever to get anyone to help me because she was checking people out, getting shoes from the back, and everything else. I found 6 pairs of shoes I liked at this place. 100% of them were sold out in my size. Only 1 pair was from the sale rack. I mean, if you can’t keep any of your in season shoes in stock in the store, why even bother to have a store? They were like, we can order it for you! I can order myself. I came cause I wanted to try them on and take them home today.

I highly recommend this store to those looking for great accessories, new shoes or handbags. The staff takes the time to get to know their guests and find the best solutions for their needs. The girls are fun to be around and have great personalities that make the shopping experience a great one. If a product is not in stock they can help you locate it and have it shipped to you which is appreciated. If your in Bellevue, be sure to stop by this great store that is for both men and women. Their prices are surprisingly very reasonable, especially with sale items.

I don’t like Aldo shoes because they’re not real leather. These shoes are still $ 50 – 100 and for that price, I just think you would be better off at Nordstrom! That’s all.

I avoided this store when I worked in Bellevue Square because when I tried to shop here no one ever acknowledged or greeted me. Not much of a loss cause Aldo’s price point is out of whack for the low quality that you get. Plus the shoes are a little too trendy and/or hoochie mama for me. Even if I liked Aldo this store is tiny. I just looked at the website and Aldo claims to be a socially responsible company. At least they’ve got that going for them.

i had a hot hot date and was told to dress up. So, i bought a very classy sexy dress and i needed some shoes to match. I was planning on going to nordy’s but i walked by aldo and decided to try them. I walk in, with dress in hand, and two of the employees greated me right away and asked if i needed help. I showed her my dress and she asked me if i wanted to do black or gold, and to dress things up a little more and keep my funky style in the mix, i decided to go with gold. There were about 5 gold shoes on display and they were all very cute, although they only had one in my size :(. Thankfully the«one» looked very cute… I decided i needed some gold earings to match so she helped me pick out a nice pair. Up at the check out she brought up a very cute hand purse in black and in a cream… good for her for upselling! she got my commission :) i love this place, and i’ll be back…

Aldo shoes should be sold at Payless for half the price. Looks good but quality low. I had a pair of shoes start to fall apart after light wear for 3 months. After waiting 7 weeks to have the shoes repaired they store finally replaced with a new pair. a couple months later the shoes are falling apart again… and started squeaking. uurgh.

I love Aldo!!! The price you pay is worth it and the quality lasts forever… I’ve got shoes from years ago that still look new and believe me… I turned 21 in some of them and to this day they look freshly store bought! Not to mention, I never walk out without a new purse and I am picky! It’s the one place I can count on walking into and falling in love with something, and being able to purchase it without a payment plan!
