I came in from out of town on a Saturday and after my brakes locked up made it to the Lamb car care center. At 5:19 they turned me away saying they closed at 5. I explained I was from out of town and the guy wouldn’t even look at it, saying «I smell smoke». He said to go down the street which ended up being Drivers Edge. They had me going in less than 2 hours and I was able to make my dinner night out with my daughter.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We started taking our Jeep in here before management changed. The two older gentleman were fantastic. After they left, well, I don’t know where to start. We brought the Jeep in because it was making noise and felt there was an issue with the radiator. We were told the fluids were «evaporating» in the Texas heat. Ok, fine. Not long after that, the engine seized while my husband was driving it. The manager said he and his staff would work within our budget to fix the engine problem. A few months and a few thousand dollars later, the problems were NOT fixed, in fact more kept popping up. Since they «stand by their work» I kept bringing it in for them to fix. Fast forward two years, an out of state move and an incredible amount of problems (i.e., money), we finally figured out that the radiator needs replacing. The sound it’s been making for 2 YEARS and what caused the initial problem is a radiator leak. Really, guys??? Waste of time and money.

Not recommended. Came in for an oil change and learned a day later that the DOPE who worked on my car didn’t fully tighten the drain bolt. I guess my first warning should have been when the person who took my car into the garage took about a minute before he figured out how to silence the car alarm. My pristine driveway now has a giant oil stain and I lost about a quarter of a quart of oil. Everyone makes mistakes but this level of negligence nearly cost me an engine and probably an oil drain bolt. I guess I will have to burn my Sunday redoing frikkin Davincis handiwork. Never again. Drivers Edge: the name puts me on edge.

The staff is very courteous. The work was done on time. I trust this establishment for their honesty. The staff is excellent.

We just picked up our car and they found the problem and fixed it. We are happy customers now. Thank you to the entire staff!

My truck had a transmission problem that two other shops in the area could not diagnose and both suggested I take it in for a complete rebuild (that would have been $ 3000 or more). A couple of hours after dropping it off at Drivers Edge, they called to tell me they knew what the problem was, gave me a cost estimate and got to work. The next day I picked it up and was amazed at the difference — my 15 year old Dakota drove like a new truck. These guys know what they’re doing, they saved me thousands of dollars, and I highly recommend them for repairs large and small.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME… Richard, Kyle, and Vance provided great customer service, quality repair work. All at a fair price. Much impressed with the door to door drop off and pick up service. They ONLY use manufacturer certified parts, including a 3 year/​36k warranty. Our 2010 Lincoln Navigator is good to go. Keep up the great work Driver’s Edge Bee Cave! John D

This was the most hassle free car service experience I’ve ever had. From pre drop off conversation, all the way to pick up. These guys get a 10 out of 10 in my book. Thanks to Richard and the guys over at Drivers Edge for hooking me up and fixing my 2014 Mercedes-​Benz E350. Best service around!

I hate to add such a great review and have you minions swarm to my neighborhood garage. This people are legit. I have had anything from an oil change to major work dine. I always felt that a garage could bend me over and I might not ever know. These people call it like it is and have been honest. I went after many recommendations from my neighborhood group email. They are right. I believe I have worked with Kyle and Richard at the front desk. Both have steered me right. See what I did there? They don’t push, only tell you like it is. Thank you guys.

The crew at Driver’s Edge have provided my wife and me with consistently great service on both of our vehicles. In getting our authorization to fix issues we have had, they have been very clear, friendly, and helpful. They do high quality work quickly … repairs, routine maintenance, and inspections. This is a place I trust.

These guys are awesome. Very responsive with a «we want to work with you» attitude. It’s hard to find customer service that goes above and beyond these days, expecially in repair shops. Have used them for a long time and would give them 10 stars of i could.
Also, they take car care credit which is a credit card that deferres interest for 6 months. That really helps!
