I hate to even give them a star! But Unilocal won’t allow me to give them zero so 1 it is. The owner of the company was highly rude to my mother and what started as a five day fix ended in a month long wait. The owner of the store had the audacity to smart mouth at my mother and to tell her «she was just mad at the world» clearly this man does not know how to run a business or how to interact with his customers. If you want your car fixed in a reasonable time and to not be insulted left and right by the owner DO NOT GO HERE

Awful place. I’m female college student who went in today with a friend for an estimate. I have a good bit of knowledge about cars unlike her, so THANK GOD I choose to ride along! Not only did they try to take advantage of her by adding every stupid fee imaginable and thoroughly inspecting the vehicle to create additional damage costs, they tried to charge her over triple the cost of the actual expenses in labor!!! Looking at the estimate paperwork, I was more than appalled to see that the costs actually associated with the vehicle wasn’t even $ 550, but the labor, tax on the labor, and «supplement» charges added up to over $ 1,700! RIDICULOUS! Trying to take advantage of poor, unknowledgeable college kids is absolutely no way to run a business. Plus a member of the staff insulted my friend in front of the sad excuse of a boss WITH NO REPRIMANDATION. Again, in total shock of the lack of customer service this «business has to offer. So glad for the «unrecommended» Unilocal! reviews that finalized our decision to avoid this place at all costs.

Please do NOT do business with this charletan — Brad Adams. He will promise the world to get your business. He does NOT deliver on time or anywhere near it. He files «supplement» upon «supplement» on the car with the insurance provider once he gets your car into his shop. Then he calls every Tuesday to promise the car on Friday, then calls on Thursday to promise the car the next Tuesday. He drives insurance adjusters and car owners crazy with delays and add-​ons to keep the money flowing.
One problem is that the car repair business is apparently under-​regulated as far as rights of car owners once a shop has your car. The owner is at the mercy of the shop to get the repair done correctly and in a timely manner. Once the insurance money starts flowing the shop owner gets to keep your car. There is no way to get it and take it to another shop because insurance has already started paying for the parts and labor put in.
Adams does NOT care what problems he causes people trying to get to work, to school, etc. He only wants to keep the car as long as possible to find minor fixes and get paid more money. He then becomes very rude when challenged about getting the car back.
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS SHOP OWNER!!!
