Horrible customer service. They had my truck for over a month always promising next week. People there were rude, and after I finally get my truck back the work sucks. Paint is flawed with debris, truck pulls to the left, motor shakes the whole vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Great people here really nice and helpful. I would recommend them. They stand up behind the job.

Had my car repainted by Custom Colors only 3 years ago and the paint started bubbling up underneath the clear coat almost immediately after they painted it. The black paint they put on my windshield wiper arms and side moldings came off in 3 weeks. There were numerous dimples, scratches, scuffs, and missing clear coat all over my car 360 degrees. So I took it back to the current manager who laughed at me saying I was trying to restore my car. He rolled his eyes at me, and while I was trying explain my issues to him, he was too busy to listen and kept checking his cellphone. He claimed he needed to go take care of his son. I mean he’s at work, he’s the manager, and he’s on the clock. No one else could handle my issues? No one else could relieve him so he could deal with his son? Oh and by the way, that was the SAME excuse he gave me when I tried to bring my car to him on a previous day and he said he wouldn’t have time to look at it that day due to having to deal with his son. Yep a recycled excuse. I don’t believe him. I brought it back a final time trying to get one of the owners, Billy Rapp, to handle this. He refused to repaint it saying he didn’t see anything wrong with the paint even though it clearly showed, and he didn’t even apologize for his manager’s actions! They had given me a lifetime warranty on the car, so this would’ve been warranty work, BUT, he wouldn’t write the warranty on my receipt, and said it was just known that all paint jobs they do have the lifetime warranty. Because he wouldn’t write his warranty on my receipt NOR upold the warranty, an attorney could not do anything for me. So this is my way of making sure that people KNOW what they are getting into with this shop! They are swindlers, they will steal your money, leave you with a horrible paint job with scuffs, missing clear coat, cuts, dimples, flaking paint, and bubbled up paint, then not uphold their lifetime warranty.
2 other body shops said they could clearly see the issues but Custom Colors couldn’t? Never take your car to Custom Colors here in Baton Rouge for ANYTHING! They’re absolutely horrible. The original manager who caused these issues in my paint was FIRED from there and now they won’t clean up his wrong-​doings. So now I’m having to eat the cost of their horrible paint job and take my car elsewhere to get it fixed PROPERLY. So angry at this shop for screwing me over like that. I will never recommend them to ANYone I know.
