Very happy with the service! We headed down to DC on a weekend trip to see our nations capital when our Altima’s engine started making noise and lost power. We found this dealership and put the address into the navi. Up here in Jersey I got boned pretty good by another Nissan dealer so I wasn’t expecting much. Well actually I was expecting much just not a good much…
Usually you can pickup on the ‘we’re going to screw you over’ vibe at a car dealership. Frank, the service guy, didn’t give me that vibe at all and I was hopeful. My spidey sense didn’t let me down. They repaired my car by Monday morning. (We left it there Sat @ noon and they’re closed sunday) do the math = fast! Originally they had given me a longer time estimate but took some initiative and went out and found the part locally instead of waiting for it to come from Nissan. I love a good underpromise and overdeliver! This also allowed me to get my rental car back a day early and I saved even more money. But the best part was it was somehow free/​warranty work with 110k miles on the car.
I was 100 miles away from home with a broken car, if these guys were dirty they could’ve got me good. But the car runs like a top again. I’m very happy with the service I got down there.

Go early and regardless your wait is never extremely long. The workers are very friendly both the sales associates those in the service area. They are organized and let you know what’s occurring with your car. As of my visit yesterday they are renovating their show room floor and offices so your wait is spent in trailers. Not inconvenient but I can’t wait to see the final product.

Repugnant, rude describes the management team, it’s a wonder you sell anything at a competitive price. I pulled the same car same year and half the milage from browns and she shook my hand and said good luck. Bad business. My husband and myself work retail I’m a general manager and my husband is a district manager we do our home work. But customer’s are not numbers and should not be treated so negligent. Sad, sad and by the way we ended up being a new car at the right payments from Thompsons auto group because they wanted to sell a vehicle.

The service is slow. It has never taken less than 2 hours. So if you’re not in a rush, then great!

I absolutely love Bob Bell Kia in Baltimore on Eastern Ave. From the moment I walked in the front door James Pearce and John Sandalis made me feel like family. This is my second Kia Optima but first time at Bob Bell and I will never go anywhere else! I will refer all my friends and family to Bob Bell on Eastern Ave. Oh yea one more thing… I LOVE my new car :)

I chose Bob Bell for service based on good reviews and location. Unfortunately, when I called in the early AM to set up an appointment the front desk transferred me to two different service agents who both did not pick up. Having left a message (what I was told to do) about needing same day service, they called me back three hours later of course they had booked up for the day. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I’m sure it’s a decent place for service based in the reviews but it sounds like they are too busy to turn stuff around quickly which is probably my second biggest priority in a shop after quality work.

Service is always friendly… very popular place to come thus wait times can be long… Long I mean 1 or two hours but they have a big waiting area with tv and sometimes popcorn :) they have free coffee and vending machines as well :) I will definitely be back :)

I contacted about 10 dealers in my recent car-​buying experience and in the end I bought my car here. The dealership was responsive via email and via their website, which to me was critical; I live 40 miles away from them. They were also responsive to giving me a better deal when I quoted other dealers’ offerings. Best of all, they actually brought the car to me, at no expense, because I was not trading in my old vehicle and didn’t have a reasonable way to get to them. In a nutshell, they wanted to sell me a car and they were willing to do what they had to in order to make that happen.
The one thing keeping them from the 5^th star is that I’m not having such good luck right now on post-​sale follow-​up: nobody has responded to my request for some more information about the car I bought.
