Norris Ford

Very difficult to deal with. Advertised a price and after 30 minutes of discussing it with me told me its a mistake and they could not honor it. Ridiculous, any other business in customer service would honor their mistakes, not this place. You have a big choice on where to buy Fords, no need to go to bucket shops like this — avoid.

Worst experience ever– at least the used car dealership. Found a vehicle listed online, explained I was out of town; they couldn’t have the car there on the weekend due to a manager driving it. Ask questions regarding car to ensure authenticity, I was told to refer to the online description. When I explained I couldn’t get there the next day (a weekday) I offered a pay advance or pay in FULL electronically till I could get there from out of town — told this wasn’t an option. All this after I Had already given my social, credit card, and gotten financing and insurance for the car. Do not waste your time. They clearly have other schemes at play! Never heard of refusing a sale for cash in full, just because someone couldn’t be there within a day… Other people have jobs too!

This was the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. When I walked in, no one seemed interested in helping us. I was then lied to when some guy by the door to the left said the manager was not there and I needed to come back in a hour to get my car appraised. I guess since I was BLACK they thought I didn’t have the have the money, because once i showed him a check from my bank they suddenly got their butts out the seats to appraise my car (no manager needed) and let us see the vehicle I was interested in. Then, as he gave me the numbers he was uninterested in taking anything off sticker price to get the sell or waiving any fees. That day I came there only looking to spend 12,000, hyundai across the street talked me into a new car for 16,000. It a shame what a good salesman can talk you into. They definitely missed out on a sell from me, and I, nor anyone else I know will ever come there again.

Just bought a new F-​150 at Norris and had a fantastic experience with Chris Crocker and the team. Overall experience was by far the best one I’ve ever had buying a new car. This is the second purchase I’ve made from Norris (purchased used Acura several years ago) and would highly recommend them when you’re in the market.

I don’t give out 5 stars easily but I must say I have never been happier with this dealership. I have purchased 5 vehicles in 12 years since I love fast, powerful and rare appearance vehicles. I walked into Norris Ford and walked out with a Country Swag of a truck.
Angelo, Stan and William (Business Manager) had to be the epitome of professionalism, honesty and integrity. You will never met a sales team like this anywhere else. Angelo was straight forward, knew everything I was looking for and went out of his way losing other potential customers just to make sure I looked at every truck I wanted. He was patient, calm and truly comical person.
Stan helped me sign all my stuff and want to talk about a guy who knows his technology. Stan took himself off the sales floor for over an hour knowing it wasn’t his sale and wouldn’t being getting a commission but still gave me a one on one tutorial of the SYNC.
William, last but not least. William is a old school business manager who has mastered the principles of customer service. William doesn’t push you into a car like most dealerships, he keeps it real and makes sure your happy even if the dealership has to lose your business. You can’t find that type of customer service like you do with these guys.
Although I didn’t not have transactions with other sales staff I can say this you will never find a group of happy co-​workers. Everyone works as a team and it’s like having a team fighting in your corner and not just one person.
KUDOS TO NORRIS FORD … You made my dream truck come true today and will never forget you efforts today. You guys rock!!!

After a ton of problems and months of waiting when trying to buy a new car with Apple Ford in Columbia, I got my deposit back and came here and purchased a car on the spot. The dealership made it easy and painless and I just love my car!
I’ve brought my car back here for service and I’m always in and out very quickly. You can make appointments online or over the phone. About 2 weeks ago I had a problem with a weird noise coming from my car that ended up being a transmission issue. Norris had a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived, they took my car, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. I got my car back after a week or so and couldn’t be happier. No charge for the loaner and the repair was quick. I’ve even had them wash my car and clean it and then give it back to me. They’re great.
Thanks a lot to Michael, Dwayne, and the rest of the guys who have worked on my car. They’ve made my first new car a great experience.

After a really bad experience with the service department at another Ford dealership, I took my car to Norris Ford. I explained the problem, they listened, and the next day they took the car in and then returned it to me completely repaired. They were able to diagnose the problem (the other guys couldn’t, or were just too lazy to try), and they fixed it.
Sounds simple? Yes, and that’s why they deserve five stars.
