After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I got up and left.

Great little office! Real easy to get in and out quickly. I was examined by Dr. Dang. He was friendly and informative. He told me about my vision prescription change and my contact lenses. I got to try some new contacts that I throw out daily that are perfect for my busy lifestyle.
They have a lot of new equipment and a wide variety of frames. Ask for Kathy in the optical, she knows her stuff.
The office is a little hard to find because there is no sign out front, but after you park the door to the office is just in on the right.

Been a customer for several years but no longer. Had a 8:30 am appointment arrived 10 minutes early. Sat for 15 minutes before I was take back to check on a eye infection I have. Took about 3 minutes and was told to go back and wait while I watched my Doctor talk to 2 different patient taking all the time in the world they knew I was waiting made no difference to the Doc. I heard their conversation it had nothing to do with eye care. I ended up leaving because of work comment so I gave them my $ 50.00 and never saw the Doctor.
Never will I ever allow them to treat me like I don’t matter.
Monday no word no attempt to contact me no Doctor wondering if my eye infection better or worst it just matter.

The resolution we reached was to refund the cost of my last visit $ 50.00 like my waiting room experience … I am still waiting for my refund?
I was told last week «The Checks in the Mail» well I live blocks away for their office same Zip code and yes you guessed it No Check yet. Customer service really !

I will never go there again!!! I’ve been there a couple of times for myself & my husband, and received decent care. Well yesterday I took my 6 year old with Dr. Ranjeet S. Bajwa, it was seriously the worst experience ever. Dr. Bajwa has zero patience!!! I had explained to the doctor that my son was very nervous. My son was a special needs child and didn’t start speaking until he was 4 years old, so his speech is still sometimes hard to understand. The doctor never leveled with him. He spoke to my son the entire time like an adult, which made it hard for my son to understand. The doctor gave up and told me my son was too little for these eye tests, and prescribed him a duplicate eye prescription of what he is currently using. And the worst part of all at the end he turned to my son and made him apologized for speaking when «adults» were speaking. My child looked dumbfounded & confused. I have told all of my co-​workers, family, friends, and neighbors of this horrible experience. So please parents steer your children away from Dr. Bajwa. Kids deserved an eye doctor that will level with them, be patience, and most important be caring. Never again!!!

I’ve gotten regular eye exams here, ordered glasses and other services here. The staff are always super nice and helpful staff here. See Dr. Dang and both Dr. Changs here — they’re professional, personable and will make your mundane visit to the eye doctor a little bit better.

I just finished LASIK with Dr. Daniel Chang 2 days ago and I’ve had wonderful experience. I’ve previously worn glasses or contacts for 20 years and the day after my LASIK procedure I have ²⁰⁄₁₅ eyesight.
The entire staff was very professional and incredibly easy to work with. I’d recommend Empire Eye and Laser for any of their services.

I went to their SW location for a contact lens prescription. The optometrist VIN T. DANG, O.D. was the one who did the eye test. He is one of the most unprofessional and rudest people I ever met. Don’t ever go to this place again. The front desk staff didn’t bother to take the copayment while I was waiting for half hour. They called me after I left the location. I had to come back and pay it. What were they doing while I was waiting right there?

My appointment was with Dr. Dang. He was very helpful and caring. He was also knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what was causing my vision problems. He took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes. I would recommend him to others.
I loved that this location was very prompt because I hate waiting at any doctor’s office. I was called in right away.
They were also very prompt when ordering my eyeglasses. I had them in less than a week!
Another great thing about this location is that they will give you your prescription so that you may choose to get your glasses elsewhere.
They accept those insured with VSP.

DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH WEST LOCATION!
The WORST service I have ever gotten from the most unprofessional people. I showed up 30 min. early for my appt. and was never greeted or acknowledged by any of the 6 females at the front desk. I was seated in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes and not one look or word to me from the receptionists. All of the 6 females were crowded around the computer looking at wedding pictures. They were ‘whispering’ that the Doctor was taking a long time w/​each patient and since it was Friday they wanted to leave early like they usually do. They kept talking about how bored they were and how much weight they gained after getting married. (In Bakersfield, everyone gets married by age 20. By age 35, all the females are Grandmas.)
Anyways, to keep this story short… the South West location is unprofessional they need to gossip about the Doctor OUTSIDE of work.
