After getting hit by a drunk driver while standing at a taco trailer (no joke!), I knew that getting adequate post-​ER treatment could not be left up to that moron’s insurance company or even my own, so I called Jon Clark at Zinda & Davis for help. He and the staff handled my case very professionally, while explaining everything in a way a very non-​litigious person like myself could understand. As we progressed toward a trial phase, Jon turned more aggressive toward the drunk driver’s counsel, who felt we didn’t have much of a case against his client, and Jon often consulted with other lawyers in the firm to make sure an appropriate strategy was followed throughout the process. Due to his dynamic strategy, we never had to get to a hearing or trial, and got the drunk driver’s insurance to settle on paying an amount that more than assured I was compensated and covered for ALL damage incurred as a result of his negligence.

I was in the process of looking for a lawyer when I came across this website and I saw that Mr. Kirker had excellent reviews. I have spoken to a couple lawyers prior to finding him and I was unhappy with them because they seemed to be impartial to my situation.
