History
Established in 1994.
Since 1994, Daryl Weinman has practiced primarily family law in Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas. She was trained in mediation, with an emphasis on family disputes in 1998, and she earned her Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Specialization in 2000. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Travis County Family Law Advocates, the Austin Bar Association Family Law Section, the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Travis County Bar Foundation. She was a member of the State Bar Grievance Committee from 2004 through 2010 and was Panel Chair of such committee 2009 — 2010. She was a step-mother for 14 years and is mother of two teenage boys.

As a child of a divorced couple, a mother and step-mother herself, and a now a divorced single mother, Daryl Weinman understands the stress and anxiety her clients are feeling. She tells her clients that while there is no magic solution to their legal problem, there is hope for a brighter future.
Ms. Weinman will work to resolve all outstanding issues regarding your family law problem as quickly and affordably as possible.
