History

Established in 2013.

We are a family owned and operated business providing yoga to the North Central Austin area. Our intention is to offer a nonthreatening, safe space for everyone interested in practicing yoga; offering a diverse schedule that includes several beginner, intermediate, and power classes. We also offer Yoga/Barre classes and innovative workshops. Our owner has over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry and has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. Her background includes working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and conditions. Having suffered herself from rheumatoid arthritis, she has the empathy and desire to help the non yogi or «every day joe». We take great pride in making our space inviting and welcoming for all. We have been building a beautiful community in the Allandale neighborhood and love that our students call us their «Little Neighborhood yoga studio.»

Meet the Business Owner

Eliz P.

Business Owner

I am originally from Puerto Rico, but have called Austin home since 2005. I was a personal trainer and fitness instructor for seven years, but decided that I wanted more. I wanted to better understand the human body, and stretch both my students minds and their bodies. Through extensive training and practice I became a yogi, and my life was changed forever…

I learned how to breath, how to clear my mind and how to focus. I learned all this as I fell in love with my practice. I have been a faithful practitioner since 2003, and now feel privileged to be able to share my knowledge, and love of yoga with my students. I am trained in Hatha, but also teach vinyasa, and power yoga. I believe that when you do work to better yourself, in turn you better the people around you.

«Be the change that you want to see in the world.» ~Mohandas Gandhi
