Owner Sandra Rector started Pilates Private Practice because she had a passion for helping people realize that they can enjoy their lives more through healthier living. She feels that Pilates is a great way to open the door to this realization. It’s not only great for their body in numerous ways, but it can help them change their mindset and become healthier, happier people.
