Still sitting in my chair as my friend’s pedicure is finishing up. I could not wait to write a review. This is hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Everyone in here must have thought I was insane because I was so vocal about how much I love it here and how happy I am with my pedicure. Paige, who’s Vietnamese name is Tran I believe, did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was sweet, courteous, thorough and professional.
Before I even sat down the amazing service began as I walked through the door. The owner greeted me with such love and joy and hospitality. I truly cannot say enough about this place! I cannot wait to come back!

i really like this place, they do a great job on my SNS nails, SO MUCH better than Spa Pro Nails off McNeil and 183, where i was constantly having to go in for repairs!

We walked in about 2:15 and it was very crowded. We went here due to the great Unilocal reviews. The women who helped us were extremely professional and good at what they did. The owner, Michael, helped reassure us during our visit because they were short staffed and we were there a while. Our nails look great and we don’t have any complaints about them. I would recommend scheduling an appointment on a weekend!

Today I went in after being referred here and seeing the wonderful reviews to get my typical full set of solar nails. I have been searching for 2 years in all of Austin for a good nail salon, and I have finally found it. I got my tips put on and then got sns for the first time and love it. I will recommend all of my clients here and anyone else searching for a nail salon. They have great customer service and are very reasonably priced.

This place is great! The ladies are very sweet and friendly! They talked me into SNS for my manicure and I’m so glad they did. My nails look gorgeous! Shellac and gel in the past left my nails ruined so I am very excited for a healthier alternative! I will definitely be back!

I was so incredibly pleased with this salon! They take their time and do a wonderful job. I get SNS done and had been using another salon. They left the powder chunky and thick and here they sanded it down and made it look so much cleaner! It looks fantastic! I have had so many compliments. I will be going back often!

Amazing place! Found my new regular spot. Came in a few months ago in a rush because I had an awful experience at my old regular nail salon (don’t go to Austin nails and spa by Lakeline) and had to get them fixed ASAP. I walked in and they helped me right away. Made me feel very comfortable and had me reach out of my comfort zone of the French tips I’ve had for years. Been back twice since then and had amazing experiences every time. This Sunday I brought a friend and we got SNS done and we had a pic of what we wanted and they did such a great job! we came in at 4 and they close at 5 but they took their time and stayed to finish until 6:30! They gave us water bottles and wine and always made sure we were comfortable and kept us laughing the whole time. They are a tad pricey but it’s more than worth it! I’m recommending this place to everyone!

The VIP Nails & Spa is an amazing salon. Who would have imagined that they are located in front of an HEB. The salon is clean and full of natural light. They offer SNS, which is the best product I have used. Everybody is friendly and knows what they are doing. The quality of their work is very consistent. I’d suggest making an appointment in advance. The place gets very crowded on weekends.

These ladies have NEVER left me disappointed, whatsoever. Tracey did my nails, SNS refill and they were an ENTIRE DIMENSIONAL difference than the other place. I just wish I had the disposable income to go on the reg :(

I went here because of the reviews. Wow. Lesson learned. My nails are jagged at the tips and I’ve caught them on my clothing. It is driving me absolutely insane. I went here with a friend of mine and the guy who did her nails filed on top of the nail like she was getting solar done when she wasn’t! Nails were not cut straight and I got a half ass wax done. Never again. My friend’s pedicure was a French and the tips are not paint evenly nor were her nails trimmed the same length.

I was able to make two same-​day pedicure appointments for the exact time I wanted on a Sunday. I was surprised when we arrived and there was no wait time (and a full salon to boot). The chairs (right next to one another) were set up and ready to go the moment we walked in. They have nice nail polish (I went straight for the OPI) and they offer beverages (bottled water, wine, sodas and I think I heard champagne) while you relax. The chairs are the soft, leathery massaging ones, and the water temperature was just right. The salon is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. My nail tech was Tammy and she did an amazing job. Probably the best pedicure I have received in my life, and I just got the basic. They were sweet about letting us chill in the chairs while our polish was drying. It’s been like two weeks, and no chips!
I almost gave VIP Nails 5 stars and I certainly would based on experience. I decided on 4 stars because services are a bit more expensive than what I am used to paying.

Wonderful salon! Tee did a fabulous job on my manicure. My nails are perfect. The salon was very clean, beautiful, and all of their products were pristine; no gunked up bottles of polish, files were clean and fresh, and the dremil was cleaned and the file replaced before it was used. Little things like that go a long way! I’ll be back!

You get great service with GREAT attitudes of people working here. They are so personable and always make you feel welcome no matter who you are. Almost everyone that works here has done my Gel mani and pedi and they ALL are amazing. Even when I come in for a simple no-​polish-​color manicure it’s fantastic.

Nice relaxing place. Good service. I would make an appointment because it’s a very small space, they only have two chairs for waiting area. Deluxe pedicure is amazing, warm towels and paraffin wax soak, nice ladies too. I can’t say I’m 100% sold on their cleanliness of the tools/​buffers they use or reuse, if that bothers you.

Probably one of the best pedi’s I have had in ATX.
Every aspect of it was great. The place is clean. The technicians are all friendly. Their is an extensive spectrum of colours.
I used to be a basic pedi girl, splurged on the Deluxe. Don’t think the basic will ever cut it moving forward.

VIP is where I choose after several unsuccessful trips to Queen Nails off of Parmer. VIP workers are SO personable and happy and CONSIDERATE! They go the extra mile to make your visit worthwhile. They’re current in their colors and nail options. I wish them so much success because they’re humble and they deserve it.

This is a fantastic nail salon! Definitely one of the best in the area. Here’s why:
1. The staff are fabulous. Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job each and every time.
2. They take their time and do it right. I usually get a regular pedi and a gel mani. Both last at least 3 weeks without chips or any wear and tear. I only get them redone because my nails have grown out, not because the polish is bad.
3. You never feel rushed or like you are being pushed into something. They offer lots of services, but don’t try to upscale you on anything. I’ve tried several of the pedis and all are good, including the regular one. Very nice.
4. They offer regular, gel, sns, and acrylic nail services. They also have a great color variety in each of the regular, gel, and sns polishes.
5. The shop is always clean and beautiful. It’s a nice place to be in during your services.
6. Great location! It’s right outside of an HEB, so you can get your nails done and then go grocery shopping in one stop. How convenient!
This is an awesome nail salon and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I are from California. We love this nail shop. The shop is very beautiful and clean. They offer us a commentary drink while you wait in the massage chair. We got the deluxe pedicure and it felt great. We are surely will be back when we are in town again.

My son, my mom and I got pedicures here and absolutely love it. Very nice people n best pedicure ever. Trang did mine and my son. She is our girl. Tracy did my mom and loved it. Mindy is awesome as well.

I stopped in here on a whim the other day. I saw they were offering 20% off all services, so I thought, ‘what the heck!’
I ended up getting the Aroma Pedicure. It was delightful, and I loved the color I picked out. All the chairs were brand new, and the facility was very clean. All the women working spoke limited English, but that is pretty much par for the course. It was great that I could sit and relax. I will certainly be going back.
