I cannot say enough good things about our treatment! It was swift and thorough and no more lice! My kids brought it home during a lice outbreak at their school and I panicked. Being new to Texas from an area where Lice wasn’t very prominent, I basically LOST it when I saw a bug in my daughters hair. I searched through her head and saw several more. Being that it was a SUNDAY afternoon, I was hysterical, and nervous about my other two kids, and the friends that had just spent the night at our home. I called a couple places, they were all closed! Knowing NOTHING about what to do myself, I was desperate for help because I had heard so many stories about wash this, throw away that, only this works, they jump they fly, etc! Thank God I called The Mobile Lice Company! The lady that I answered was so sweet and talked me off the ledge. Not only did she answer on a Sunday but she told me to do NOTHING but relax and that someone would be at my house within 2 hours and take care of EVERYTHING. WHAT??? Yes. That happened. Nurse Tina, yes, I said NURSE… showed up and started by checking every head in my house, as well as inviting the neighbor back over and checking their head! She started treatment right away on my children while explaining to me the life cycle of lice, how it came into my family based on which child had the most and oldest bugs. EWWW, right? I learned more than I ever wanted to but she took care of everything! I just sat there while she took care of everything and explained it all as she worked along. Tina explained follow up treatments to be preventive, ways for me to keep my girls lice-​free going forward, and myths and facts about cleaning your house once lice is found.
I don’t know what I would have done without her. I seriously don’t. She even followed up numerous times to see if we were still lice free, despite the fact that I could’ve called at ANYTIME for a free guarantee follow up!
What better service than the comfort of your own home with a nurse? Oh, and to find out that I could file a claim with my insurance company was even the icing on the cake.

I have three girls with long hair. Mobile Lice took great care of us. They were very thorough, and explained what to do with my house as well. They also explained how to keep the lice away. Let’s me honest, lice is embarrassing, gross and can strike any household that has children in school, day care or camps. We had lice for the first time strike our children when they stayed at an overnight church camp. I called Mobile lice and within 2 hrs Tina arrived at our house and took her time. Not only did she answer all questions but she explained in detail what we had to all do to protect us going forward and continued treatment. Whenever my son brings lice home from school I end up with it too. I have a ton of long curly hair. Not a good combo. We’ve had ash alone out a few times over the last several years and now I keep her on speed dial. Yes professional lice removal isn’t cheap but the peace of mind it gives me is worth every penny.

The woman who received my initial call was very informative and helpful.
The representative assigned to our case was an hour late so I canceled. When treating families with kids that have bedtimes, you’d think this person would have called to give an update on her status. I’m highly disappointed. My kids were up for hours later than usual to go through an at home process that was uncomfortable to them. Thanks for nothing.

My daughter had lice for the 4^th time and for anyone that has been through this nightmare knows it is so stressful! I do everything to try to prevent it because I just don’t have time for it… who does? So I gave up because apparently what I had done and what I did to try to prevent it just wasn’t working and that includes spending 6 – 7 hours the last time trying to get every nit out of her hair. I found Mobile Lice on Sunday afternoon and Tina came that evening and was such an angel. She was extremely thorough with my daughters hair making sure she got every last neusent out and checked the rest of the family to make sure we were all good as well!!! DO NOT use this company. We had them come treat our family for Lice. Every 2 weeks, we had a full infestation. We followed all of their guidelines, cleaned and treated nonstop for 6 weeks and finally had to go to another company to get rid of it. I also recommended them to a neighbor, who ended up in the same situation. I was told there was a 21 day guarantee. When I noticed a few days past the guarantee that we were again in the same situation I called. They again, came out. Within 1 week from that, same situation again. I have spent nearly $ 1000 with them, not counting the amount I finally spent with the new company to get rid of it once and for all. When I inquired about a refund, I was basically told «sorry». Poor attitude from a business owner. As a business owner myself, I would remedy the situation. I was told «good luck». Terrible service and I will be writing reviews on every site possible.
