The 704

While I never had an issue with previous management I feel like CWS management came in an have been very responsive to the ailments.
I personally like not having a working gate (unfortunately that was fixed) The security camera at the gate needs upgrading
I passively mentioned a light outside of my hallway door was out, fixed inside of an hour. Very nice and the events are enjoyable.
The concrete floors I don’t think were properly sealed but nothing to do with management. I’m very much content with the new staff and like my neighbors or what I know of them.
Great dog crew as well.

Fine if you like dog urine everywhere. And I mean everywhere. In the stair wells, in the parking lot, even in the hallway outside our unit once. You’ll see fresh puddles daily. The design of long hallways with many units too far from lifts is a factor I guess– dogs couped up inside can’t make it out in time. Elevators broke constantly as others mentioned, and you can’t use one of the back sets of stairs because 704 decided not to put a key fob reader on that door because it would cost a few thousand bucks. That’s like 1 months rent from 1 of so many units for a lifetime of convenience for all residents. Really shortsighted. Management also played games with our security deposit. Look elsewhere than this Death Star.

New management came in to supposedly «fix» all the issues that this complex had, but I haven’t seen any improvements. The gate to the parking garage is still broken, I doubt that will ever get fixed. And not one of the grills on the property work. Oh, and if you go on a tour, and they show you the rooftop terrace, try to get them to turn on the fire pit, that’s also been broken for months.
The new maintenance is horrible and extremely slow now too. I put in a maintenance request to replace the water filter in our refrigerator 5 days ago. 5 days. To replace a water filter. No update, no email letting me know what’s taking so long, nothing. We also called maintenance to guide us when we tried to hang our projector because when we tried to do it on our own, we found a lot of wires in the ceiling. They wouldn’t come help us. We weren’t asking for help to hang it, we were asking about the wires in the ceiling that we didn’t want to hit.
We also haven’t had any community events since July, which was a big reason why we chose these apartments over other ones we looked at. They said they’re going to bring those back, but it’s been 3 months. I’m pretty sure part of our rent goes towards paying for those. Oh wait, they are having a costume contest for your dogs with prizes, but if you don’t have a dog, then you obviously can’t participate. Hopefully the money to pay for that is coming from the pet rent, and not rent from people who don’t have pets.
Overall, we’re not impressed by the new management. The rent is extreme overpriced for what you get, and if we had known that all the amenities on the property would be broken the whole time, and the events would be taken away, we would have chosen to live elsewhere. We still have quite a few months left on our lease, unfortunately, but when it is finally up, we will not be renewing.

I’ve lived at the 704 for almost a year now and overall have very neutral feelings about the complex.
The positives
–good location (lots of restaurants/​shops in walking distance, close to ²⁹⁰⁄₇₁)
–maintenance requests get taken care of relatively quickly
–there used to be lots of community events including free shuttle to and from blues on the green and movie nights at Alamo which were sponsored by management (704 is now under new management so there are a lot less of these unfortunately)
–new facilities– nice gym with free fitness classes and resort style pool
The negatives
–parking– miniature spots that a smart car would have to squeeze into, have to park on higher floors a lot because all the spots are filled, security gate is constantly broken so it is not usually secured
–thin walls/​floors– self explanatory
–dog park is a joke– don’t let this entice you, the dog park is a steep slope that they couldn’t use for anything else, with a fence around it.
–not well maintained– stairwells and garage have dead crickets and trash and have probably never been swept/​cleaned
–no guest call box– have to go to garage to let guests in or pick up food deliveries– extremely inconvenient!
–cheaply made apartments overall– no doorstops, which makes no sense and also electrical wiring is a little strange as well
All in all I would say while I’m not miserable living here it’s overpriced for what you get and I will not be renewing my lease.

Lincoln Apartments said I was going to receive all $ 200 of my deposit back minus the water/​trash bill. My water/​trash bill has been around $ 42 for the last 1 ½ years that I lived there. I was expecting a check ~$ 150, but I received a deposit refund check of $ 87 with no itemization. After I requested an itemization, it was correct. I didn’t realize that trash, water, and pest control were billed 60 days later. I really enjoyed living there the last 1 ½ years. Lincoln Apartments no longer manages the 704. It is now managed by a different company.

I would not recommend. Living here since last November has caused nothing but trouble with all the maintanance repairs and non-​stop issues with the gates, dog-​poop emails, parking and pool patrol. The rooms are *highly* overpriced for quality, and the staff doesn’t seem to have concrete plans to adjust satisfaction while living here. We were initially drawn by the amenities, the location and the shops below, but in all honesty you will be able to find better and not have to deal with so many issues. Save yourself some money and frowning– look elsewhere!
Our circuit shorts out in our living/​bath/​kitchen on a weekly basis; the toilet paper handles and cabinets have fallen off; paint on the walls is one layer and easily scratches off.
I think the worse part is the parking nightmare– even with a tiny car.
Another side note, it is ridiculously expensive to break your lease here. So if you are thinking of leasing, please look very closely into hidden fees and termination policy. It was really a shock how unaccommodating the policy is for an unexpected leave. We are having to pay four months of rent to break the lease, or pay $ 3000 and two months rent.

I have to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed and constantly frustrated with my overall living experience here since my initial review. TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. We just moved out a month ago and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. So many things went wrong here constantly that it began to be just the norm and I was never surprised when another issue surfaced. First and foremost, the units were clearly slapped together during the construction process with cheap materials. This is not abnormal for an apartment complex, but during our evaluations here, we were told there was concrete between floors and this place was painted as a luxury living facility. Basically the girl was very misleading in the information she gave us. You can hear even the slightest movement above you and right next to you. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbor literally cough. So much for privacy.
The toilet paper holders will fall off the wall within a couple of weeks of use. Our kitchen counter was installed so poorly that it was literally slanting to the right. I would put a ball on there and watch it roll right off the side. That is another example of how poorly these were built, yet, they are being marketed as luxury apartments. The only thing luxurious about this place is the location because it’s close to everything. I will say the maintenance staff, mainly Billy, is very good but they are short handed. Billy did an amazing job at always promptly responding and being very courteous and knowledgeable when we needed him. I appreciated his efforts very much. He even helped us sift through the trash on a Sunday to find a necklace that was accidentally thrown away.
The elevator in the building was constantly broken and we would have to carry bags of groceries up 5 floors. I even spoke to my neighbor who informed me he was trapped in the elevator one day on his way up. This is because there is only one elevator for the entire building, clearly a ridiculous architectural design. Honestly, what was the person thinking who designed the building? They should never be able to design another apartment in their life. The gate to the parking lot always broken as well and the door was easily accessible to outside patrons of the surrounding nightlife. So much for any kind of security. The fire alarms would go off at random times and they even sprung a fire alarm inspection on us at one time and, despite my trying to contact management to see when they’d be doing this so I could plan my work day accordingly given that I work from home, I never once got a response back. I had to leave my apartment and find somewhere else to work for fear that there would be fire alarms going off during my meetings. The management constantly would say that «these things are out of our hands» and always try to deflect issues on to the vendors they work with rather than just take responsibility for doing a terrible job at managing the complex. Aside from Amy, most of the office staff was indifferent and couldn’t care less about the issues overall.
This place began to look and feel like a fraternity house as there was an influx of young, wild, college types taking over before we left. I was constantly woken up in the middle of the night at 2−3-4am to screaming in the hallways and partying nonstop. That, mixed with the screaming from World of Beer downstairs, made for very little sleep in this luxurious place. The types of people living here now are extremely inconsiderate, loud and obnoxious types. You hear dogs constantly barking on balconies and there was vomit laying around recently.
The only redeeming part about this place, again, is the location. They charge a ton of money for these units and you get nothing but problems.

I’m really disappointed with the 704 so far– it seems like common things are always broken– like the parking lot gate, the elevator, and the door handle on the stairwell door– and they are NEVER fixed. This door has been broken (and held open by the handle, so ghetto!) For 7 weeks!!! Wtf?! Dangerous!
There are too many great apts in Austin to get away with not keeping up the property.
The staff is really awesome though, I feel like their hands may be tied when it comes to repairs.

I am so happy here. I moved in July and have had nothing but great experiences with management and staff! My previous apt complex was super unresponsive, rude and unprofessional in communication. I have experienced nothing but the opposite here! Maintenance requests are always responded to promptly and the property has been very accommodating in every way! I love this building and the location in unbeatable!

we were among the first to move into the 704, back in november 2013. we have had a fantastic experience. our apartment is beautiful and comfortable, the amenities are great, and the management team has always been friendly and responsive.
traffic can get a little hectic when the broken spoke and world of beer are in full swing, but it sure beats living somewhere boring.

Having lived here since August, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. This was the first place I checked out when moving from Orlando and turned out to be by far the best choice for the price and location. Most complaints mentioned I think reflect on people’s inability to drive and/​or park.
Our place overlooks the broken spoke and noise is minimal. It’s actually nice to see and hear on an almost nightly basis.
Anytime we have had a service request they have been handled promptly and when we had an issue with our door, it was even repaired on a Sunday.
Also the 704 was kind enough to pay for dance lessons at the spoke for us one night. I may have missed my calling as a two stepper
In any event, great place, highly recommend.

We love it here! I really don’t understand any negative reviews about this place! My husband and I were one of the first to move in when they opened their doors and we have had no issues.

First off, the maintenance staff has always been great… Any requests that we have placed have been fulfilled in record time and to satisfaction. The office staff has been nothing but a pleasure to interact with as well. Always helpful and friendly. Informative and honest about what is taking place as far as work being done on the property etc. Anytime there is anything we residents need to know related to parking or notices, we have been informed right away by management or the office staff.

To me, this place is in every way a breath of fresh air compared to other apartment complexes.

Some of the parking spots are small and yes, if you happen to get back home late on a weekend, and you own a fancy car or a gigantic vehicle, parking may be limited in the small lot… BUT, there is always available parking in the 704 garage for residents (and guests!) and it’s only a block away to walk. This is not a big deal in my opinion.
The unit we rent is very comfortable. It can be noisy at times but hey, it’s community living and we are right next to the Broken Spoke! If you have lived in any city before you will know what I mean… There is always going to be SOME noise from traffic or neighbors. I actually like a little bit of background noise :) For the record, I have lived in places where noise has been a problem but for me, it has not been a problem here at all.
We are looking forward to owning a home sometime soon but for now we really enjoy it here and are glad to call this home!

My entire 3 months of living at the 704 can be summed up in one word: Frustrating and disorganized
I moved from Dallas and was caught up in the nice exterior, seemingly nice finish outs inside the units, etc.
Once I moved in, I realized that this complex had indeed been thrown up as quickly as possible. The prior reviews hit the nail on the head, when they mention the lack of real wood floors (laminate), uneven door frames, nicks and dents in the walls/​woodwork, various things in a state of falling apart, tiny water heaters, and chronically malfunctioning appliances.
The rent here is crazy high (I pay a little over $ 1600 for a small one bedroom apartment facing South Lamar that has a lot of traffic noise), and you’re really not getting much in return besides a frustrating experience, tiny parking spots, and mis matched granite.
The office staff will try to implement half-​baked plans with little accountability for the consequences of poor execution. For example, the parking spots in the garage are comically TINY. Literally, a fiat could not even park in them. Their solution? Offer residents the option to pay an extra $ 35/​mo for a reasonably sized spot. Ridiculous? Yeah, since they need to just make all the other spots a normal size. But okay, fine. I’m willing to pay $ 35/​mo in order to not want to gouge my eyes out from not having anywhere to park.
When we leased the spots, the office staff instructed us to call the towing company if someone is parked on your spot. Surprise, surprise, when I called the towing company, they did not know anything about the reserved spots and refused to tow someone out of the spot. Gillian in the office was very helpful (she and Nora are the only helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in this whole office) when she stayed late to help me out, but even she could not get the car towed.
It took me over a week to finally get the property manager, Brian, to respond to any of my calls about this issue. When he did respond, he told me he’s «working on it.» He barely let me get a word in edgewise and basically talked over me during the whole phone call. Apparently working on it means taping up a few paper signs with painter’s tape that continually fall down. That was four days ago, and there haven’t been any updates. His excuses were that «sometimes this happens» and that I shouldn’t have someone towed, because the know where I park and will retaliate. WTF?! So… what exactly am I paying for here, 704?
Maintenance doesn’t actually fix issues when you submit a request. They will usually leave a note to the effect of «seems fine to me.»
The guest parking situation is absurd… Again, a half baked plan. Guests need to park on the roof? Please, tell me how they are supposed to get up there? Break into the secured garage? It literally makes zero sense. The main entrance needs a call box so that residents can buzz in guests and delivery services. The office will turn this into a positive, saying that secured entrances have a downside. It’s not that secure, since the routine FedEx and UPS drivers have keyfobs to get inside. Just an FYI.
I know for a fact Brian is having prior and current residents plant positive reviews on here (one told me about it) in order to balance out these awful reviews.
I also echo the comments about Google Fiber from pervious posts… again, makes literally no sense why they would not agree to get the service here. Google waives the installation fee for apartments, so it would have been free for them. Yikes, 704. Looks like someone has a shady agreement with the other cable companies…
The end of my lease can’t come soon enough… good lord. :shakes head:

FAIL.
THE 704 basically has a «no guests» policy. By this I mean guests can only park on the 7^th floor. But, you can’t just drive through the gate because it’s a key fob only access one. No numeric keypad to dial and be buzzed in, no call system, nothing.
So why not just have the person your visiting give you an extra key fob? Because the office will not give you another… not even in exchange for money.
So essentially the only way to have guests over is if you’re willing to take the elevator down to the 2^nd floor, go out into the parking lot, up to the gate, and use your key fob to let them in.
But, it gets better! Because once you’re up on the 7^th floor… You need a key fob to take the elevator to anything except the first floor.
So now if you live here, once you’ve gone down to the 2^nd floor, out into the parking garage, and used your key fob to let your guest in… You have to go back to the elevator, up to the 7^th floor where they will be parking where you will greet them and again use your key fob so that the elevator will actually go to your floor. Then down the hallway and to your front door.
You’ll need the same escorting service to get back out.
Easy as pie right? Honestly, getting in here feels like some sadistic version of American Gladiators… all that’s missing is a hulk of a man with a giant beating stick guarding the door ready to do battle with anyone trying to enter.
Other honorable mentions include but are hardly limited to:
Recurring fecal matter in hallways, stolen doormats, packages stolen from front door, unbelievably impossibly small parking spaces (seriously, you have to come check these things out… Hilarious), management towing residents cars accidently, stolen vehicles, and much… Much… More.
My best advice used to be to live before you die. Now it’s just «don’t move to the 704» (or any other Lincoln Properties). My girlfriend is considering paying the 2k just to break lease and get out of this place.

Well, I can’t say that I was at all surprised to read these less than stellar reviews. I’ve been here since the end of September and I am NOT IMPRESSED. For this to be called «luxury living» is a joke. For a studio going for around $ 1100, the issues going on here are ridiculous. Brian, the business manager for this property, talks down to his residents like he’s some sort of a God and from what I’ve heard, his primary targets for this unprofessional banter are women. Even the ghetto apartment I lived at off Rundberg & 35 when I was 18 yrs was more professional. The rest of the leasing agents are super nice/​helpful though (although none stick around long).
Beware though– If you move here, hate it like so many others, and want to take advantage of their transfer policy they’ll make you pay back that free month (or 2) of rent that they baited you with. You should look into Cielo, Lamar Union, Hanover, or Gibson Flats instead. Same great location, but less BS.
PARKING–
As mentioned numerous times on here, the parking is HORRIBLE. The spots are not only tiny, but there are no cameras in the garage so when your car gets damaged (as mine has 3x in 6 months) there is nothing you can do, but claim it on your own insurance. They’ve also gotten tow-​happy recently which has affected a ton of people. The parking permits do not stick to the windshield for long so the likelihood of it falling to your dashboard and you getting towed are high. It doesn’t matter that the towing company has a list of license plates that are registered to the complex, they’ll tow you anyway. Even though they have had tons of complaints about the stickers falling off, which has even been echoed by one of the leasing agents. Don’t bother asking for a refund when that happens either because Brian will just call you a liar and talk down to you, which seems to be pretty typical here. Oh, and the gate never works. Now they’re redoing the lot and to get a good spot it’s $ 35/​mo extra. Gee, thanks.
QUALITY–
Keep in mind here that I was the 1^st resident to move into my unit. First off, my water heater didn’t work; I had a meeting to attend before maintenance could come so they told me I could use the model. The model also didn’t have hot water, which they apparently knew, but didn’t bother to tell me. That was fun. The one room that has carpet already had gum mushed into it that looked like it had been there a while. When I mentioned that on my move in form, they treated me like I had done it. Since I had only had the keys for maybe 12 hours, I don’t see how that would even be possible, but ok. I’m sure they’re going to charge me for it when I move out. The toilet paper holder falls off almost I use it. There were dings on the cabinets, walls, and doors when I moved in. Door frames are uneven, paint is uneven, and the plastic on my fridge is already bubbling up. This complex was clearly thrown up as fast as possible, without quality concerns. I had to wait for weeks to even get a deadbolt installed. Seriously?
TRASH/​DOG POO–
Trash, cigarette butts, dog poop EVERYWHERE. I’m not sure why people have a hard time with the concept of using the trash room/​trashcans like a functioning adult, or why the property doesn’t do a better job of keeping it clean, but it’s really gross for the $ 1500/​mo I pay to live here in a 1 bedroom apartment. Seriously, do not walk on the grass here; you will ruin your shoes. Even the screens have fallen off people’s units and have sat on the ground where they fell for 3 weeks before someone did anything.
NOISE/​FIRE ALARM MALFUNCTION–
Paper.Thin.Walls. Apparently I live below a family of rhinos that play basketball and next to a guy that is practicing for American Idol or something. Can he sing? NO. Another neighbor, somewhere near my unit in this building loves playing EDM music at all hours of the day and night, which as we all know is a ton of bass. I say that they live «somewhere» because when I complained they said my neighbors weren’t even home so that’s even worse. My unit also has the added bonus of facing the only place that anyone can move, deliver packages, AND where they pick-​up the garbage so those are all loud noises I get to deal with daily as well. They also love to spring an all day fire alarm drill on you last minute. For those that have pets or work from home, like me, that’s an obvious inconvenience. It’s also VERY annoying to be woken up at 2am by them and have to sit outside in the cold with everyone else and their dogs for an hour+. SO. ANNOYING.
GYM–
It’s a decent gym, but good luck using the equipment. They have trainers and their client sessions take priority; as do their free classes. Unless you want to use the gym at some random time in the day, good luck unless you’re paying for training.
SUMMARY–
Amateur hour here folks. What you’d except from a second tier, and less expensive, community.

I have lived at the 704 since last May and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I moved from a house because I didn’t want the hassle of owning a home and wanted to be in the city. Brian and his team made leasing and moving in hassle free. Everyone in the office has always been friendly and helpful. Brian has even taking time out of his busy day whenever I stop by the office with a question. Billy, Armando and the other maintenance guys a super friendly and helpful. It is like coming home to a spa everyday. The pools are gorgeous, the residents friendly, and there are just to many amenities to mention here! Plus, all the awesome restaurants in walking distance. If you are looking for a place to move on SOLA, check out the 704.

For apartment living you can get a lot worse. 704 tries their best and that is a huge improvement compared to many others in the city. Yes parking spots are small but at least it’s covered parking. Remember you live in an apartment, not your own home.
The trash room does get full but that’s usually from boxes that tenants don’t smash down and trash goes in the shoot not sitting for someone else to do. I love living here.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star for this review, TRUST me, I would. I’ve lived here since July and they could not pay me to renew my lease when it’s up at the end of the year.
The parking and towing situation in this complex is absolutely ridiculous. The manager of the property is one of the most unprofessional, rude, insulting people I have ever dealt with in my life.
So, if (GOD HELP YOU), you choose to move here, you will be given a permit to stick to the left side of your windshield to prove you are a resident and supposedly prevent you from getting towed. It will fall off. They will also ask you for all your vehicle information such as model, make and license plate number, but none of that will matter or be verified when your permit sticker falls off. You will get towed. It doesn’t matter if you were parked in the designated resident area and put your permit exactly where it was supposed to be displayed, if that thing loses its stick and falls off, you will be towed. You will then be out $ 193, have the pleasure of finding someone to drive you all the way off Airport and Manor road, and enjoy using a razor blade to scrape paint marker off your window.
When you try to explain the situation to the manager, Brian Little, and even send him photographic evidence of the sticker falling off of the windshield of exactly where you found it when you picked up your car from the tow yard, HE WILL CALL YOU A LIAR and offer to refund you half of the amount of the tow «to meet you in the middle and be fair». It doesn’t matter that the whole reason you were towed from the RESIDENT PARKING AREA is because the crappy permit sticker THEY gave YOU lost its stick and fell out of sight of whoever towed the vehicle. It doesn’t matter that the vehicle never should have been towed from RESIDENT parking bc you are a RESIDENT. It doesn’t matter that you took a PICTURE of exactly where you found the permit in your car when you picked it up. Brian Little will send you some shitty half ass picture from the towing company and tell you that you are «denying reality». Yes, you read that correctly, he will really say that.
This is the most unacceptable situation I have ever dealt with as a renter-​and I’ve been renting in Austin for 10 years. Being wrongfully towed is one thing, but being verbally berated and attacked by the manager in response instead of simply reimbursing me for towing my vehicle is another.
So yeah, if you’re into being called a liar and having your car towed for absolutely no reason, definitely live here.

My partner and I leased our unit during the look and lease promotion three months prior to our move in date and have been very satisfied.
Rachael made the application process easy and she was very attentive to our needs and things that were deal-​breakers for us. We revised our unit after looking at the printed map so that we were closer to the pool, splash lounge and dog park. People should take this into consideration when choosing a unit. The pool is awesome and there’s rarely anyone there. I have had two gatherings at the splash lounge and LOVED it! You have access to a fridge, a table to play board games/​cards and you can go outside if you or your party need to smoke. One cooler night a few friends and I sat around the firepit near the pool and it was awesome. Security came through a few times that night just to check on the property and I appreciated that.
I agree with some of the reviews about the dog park. The steep downhill portion of the dog park makes it a bit hard to see your dog and also pick up their business on moist days. I typically walk my dog down Lamar instead of the dog park because of this.
Since I am in building A I don’t have any complaints about parking because we have a garage. The first unit we chose was in building C and when leaving we noticed the parking situation and that’s what prompted us to choose building A instead.
Rachael, Amy, Courtney and Brian have been so patient, attentive and reasonable with all requests. I really like this property.

3 is neutral for me. Here are my thoughts:
Yes the parking is ridiculous. The spaces are for very small cars (fiat/​smart cars) and you’ll end up hitting someones door to get in/​out.
The elevators constantly smell of dog and it’s disgusting. Building C has one elevator but if people who could walk would quit being lazy and use stairs it could cut down on the problem. One elevator in that small building is plenty.
The mail service is an absolute wreck. I like the convenience of having a package left at your door because the office makes it a pain to get a package– BUT any shady neighbor can scoop your package. I even had a package left in the mail room once that wasn’t in a secure box just in the general vicinity of where my box was.
With interior halls comes knowing one of your neighbors is 420 friendly hahaha and if someone can or can’t cook lol you can also hear conversations! ;)
People don’t realize how to use trash chutes and stack up the trash bags in the trash room. Really? Shove your standard bag in the hole quit being lazy!
Sigh…the gym. So let’s put in a great gym but «hide» half (ok maybe a third) of the equipment because it’s only for the use of people paying the trainers on site. Plus is the trainers well a couple are nice. Some are rude. I just find it scandalous and annoying that we aren’t all allowed to use everything. Then the music goes very quiet sometimes good then sometimes depressing?! It would be nice to have a control for it such as for the tvs. Headphones work to an extent.
Easier to pick on the worst but the location is good. BUT I can hear neighbors having conversations and water running like waterfalls in the walls. Kinda funny seeing my friends freak out «omg what was that? !» Older apartments are better insulated so I figured this be the case anyways.
The free fitness classes are an added bonus just not very convenient which is sneaky so they don’t get over crowded.
It’s a run around to get information because important things to know you end up finding out months after moving in out of curiosity and wonder why nobody said anything to you.
Not to mention their Facebook contests are a joke. It’s more of whoever can get their friends to vote wins. But a legit $$_​_​off rent be nicer.
They have some good events and fun things going on.
The pool hours kinda suck but it’ll work.
Wish the splash room had a pool table and not just a bunch of useless furniture or was bigger.
I hate the exit light they put in. For traffic it rarely comes in handy… most of the time you get stuck for ridiculous amounts of time.
My apartment… I moved in and I was with a couple friends while it was empty …“what’s that smell? !” Needless to say it can only be masked by glade/​febreeze plug ins. Walking down the halls it’s something the cleaning people use that got very permanent in my place.; (
