Sonic Drive-In

The worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. Pulled up to the drive thru order sign. Someone answers. And I respond I’m looking for a moment. I decide on what I want 1 minute later. Start saying my order. Nobody responds. I repeat it. Still no one responds. I say Hello several times. Still no answer I wait a couple of more minutes. Still noting. I would of just driven off at this point, but my brother really wanted a Sonic Blast. So I proceeded instead but ordering at the car hop menu instead. I didn’t plan on tipping because of the crummy service. Also because the person who took my order was rude. Carhop employee took it upon himself to keep an extra dollar for himself even though I didn’t tell him he could. No big deal. Figured he needed it more than I did. I open my bag. No napkins, no straws for my shakes, no silverware, no marinara for my cheese sticks. Wow. This location is a joke. Store manager. Train your employees better customer service skills. I know its minimum wage. But theirs always plenty of people looking for jobs. Good luck. Hopefully this store improves in the future.

SLOW (45 min…) and very dirty. Tables, chairs and floor were filthy.
We have now been here for an hour, and still don’t have all our food. Two other people just canceled their orders and asked for refunds because it took too long.
We had to ask for napkins. Enough said…

Terrible! We went last weekend for a Happy Hour Slush. We waited 5 mins before someone took our order. My boyfriend was already annoyed because a week or two before this he has attempted to stop and it was exactly the same thing except he didn’t wait this time. Our slushes didn’t even taste as good as other places. Terrible time, terrible service. Every other Sonic I’ve been to is completely different; fast and tasty.

The absolute worst sonic I have ever been to! It’s faster driving to a sonic 10 minutes away than it is coming here. Not sure how corporate allows this!
