Access Dental Of Ed Bluestein

My appointment was at 3:30 and I arrived on time. After waiting an hour and a half, they called me back where I waited another hour. A dentist came in for less than three minutes to look over my teeth, didn’t say a word to me, spoke to the hygienist, and left. The cleaning itself was less than five minutes and by far the most half assed cleaning I’ve ever gotten at the dentist’s office. Even though it’s one of the few dentists my insurance covers, I’d rather pay out of pocket somewhere else.

2 star because they are friendly. But, I went in for appointment 10 mins late (but, I had an appointment) didn’t get seen until 1 & half hour later & the assistant was quick to do my X-​rays only to wait another hour to get my exam. That lasted a few mins. The doc (Thank T. TRUONG) was rushing bc, she had a handful of rooms to attend. I checked in at 12:25 and left the office at 4:45 YOU MIGTH WANT TO TURN AROUND & DON’T CONSIDER THIS PLACE unless you want to spend ALL DAY WAITING. I did self pay & you think with that + an appointment that u would have priority over WALK-​INS. NOPE!
To top that off… I walked out without getting treatment bc, the plan was over 7,000 & I went in w/​my old plan from a previous dentist that no longer works w/​them. She only had me at 2,000! 4 hrs later… I wasted my time & money only to hear a woman complaining in regards to the same waiting game!!! She said she’s been there 3 times & they always take others first over your appt. They just lost 2 customers in one day! We will not return.
