Founded in 2000, Sigma offers a full range of IT services to its clients, including technology strategy consulting, IT project management, IT infrastructure management, custom application development, help desk support, cloud services, and data continuity services.

Sigma serves both private and public sector clients in the Austin area, as well as throughout the greater U.S., and its seven consultants bring a combined experience of 80 years in the IT industry.

Business Owner

Prior to forming Sigma Information Group, Mr. Norwood was a partner and owner of The TAO Group, a consulting organization focused on providing business and technology solutions for small to medium-​sized businesses.

Mr. Norwood has experience as an IT Director in private industry, overseeing operations and technology. He also has experience working for technology companies building enterprise-​class information systems.

Mr. Norwood holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Union College and an MBA in Information Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
