To be frank with you about Attorney Travis Turner the path that he walked for me as a client, no other legal team could never stand in his shoes. He is a beast in the court room along with his positive client motivational attitude do not hesitate to contact his office if you are ever in need. I am an educated confident woman and mother that walked out of the court room with no more burdens, Mr. Turner annihilated them victoriously.
By all means do not judge a book by its cover. Attorney Whitney Borgman is tiny and petite but she came to the court room with explosive energy. Ms. Borgman commanded and supported me through a very difficult time. Stop wasting money and time give her a call, I know she’ll complete a successful task .
Mrs.Andrea Gulley a «go-​getter «and the most POWERFUL paralegal that will stop at nothing to finding solutions. She will not deny any questions you may have regarding your case. Travis Turner represented me in the precedings of my divorce/​custody hearing. I found him and his firm to be very professional and found him to be extremely bright. The divorce/​custody hearing was moved to a different State as expected but Travis laid the ground work for a successful outcome. His advice and expertise in the initial hearing benefited me till the end. I’m happy to say that I gained majority custody of my son by the end which is often difficult for a father to get. I definitely recommend his firm.

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM***
Travis represented my wife and I to modify a custody arrangement for our daughter in 2011. As a submarine officer in our Navy, I am trained to a high standard, take responsibility for all actions, and must have an extreme attention to detail. These are qualities that Travis and his firm do not exhibit.
1. Travis did not follow the Texas Family Code, which caused the need for a modified pleading. Despite his mistake, he did not take any ownership and wanted to charge us for the new modified pleading. Furthermore, Travis mentioned that it’s not necessary to even follow the Family Code, which is ridiculous.
2. Travis is NOT aggressive, which is required and desired in family court. Stay away from this meek attorney. David Todd’s law firm represented us after we fired Travis, and we got everything we wanted.
3. We even attempted to bring up our issues with the Senior Partner, Mr. Piper, in a certified letter. Our concerns weren’t even addressed, which shows that Mr. Piper and Travis do not care about customer satisfaction.
If Unilocal would allow it, I would give this firm 0 stars. They are a waste of time and money. Take my advice and stay away!

Over 4 years ago I found Travis Turner and decided to hire him while going thru my divorce. While going thru the process, Travis was extremely helpful in helping me get past the emotions of my divorce and start focussing on the end results. Not only did he help assure that I get joint custody of my kids, he made sure the arrangement was beneficial in every way possible. Since I have kids, my divorce will probably never feel like it’s over since I will be dealing with my ex for many years to come. Thru the years, whenever my ex has tried to come after me for money, and even once tried to take me to mediation, Travis walked the walk. He has never mislead me, and has always been extremely confident in where he stands with each issue. My ex never got another dime from me, and has since left me alone. I cannot say enough about my experience with Travis. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he is genuinely a nice guy. He is extremely easy to talk to, and he is great at making sure everything is explained thoroughly. While I hope I never have to work with him in this capacity again, if I do, there’s absolutely no doubt Travis will represent me!

I acquired Travis Turner’s representation in Dec 2011, thanks to a recommendation from a close friend. From our first meeting to today, Travis has been the most valuable asset in my corner! I relayed on Travis’s expertise and followed his instructions/​recommendations to a tee. I believe this allowed me to walk away from this unfortunate situation with my head held high. Knowing that I had Travis and his team (especially Andrea, his paralegal) supporting me, held me together until my divorce was finalized. This process has taken over a year, and thus Travis got to hear from me quite a bit! There are not enough words to express my gratefulness for his support and for going out of his way to make sure that my son and I were taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone going through a similar situation.
