Jean was a lifesaver! I was calling around getting quotes on some window, wall, ceiling & roof repair I needed in a BIG hurry, and she was the first friendly voice I came across in my quest. Right away, I was very impressed with her knowledge about what repairs needed to be done, and she put me at ease when she started giving me ballpark estimates on what it would cost. The other places I’d called would not even ballpark it until they saw the work that needed to be done.
When she arrived, she was extremely professional, friendly and her smile let me know I was in good hands. She brought with her all the materials and tools, and had a couple of helpers that were very polite. After they gave me a written estimate, they proceeded to fix my whole attic, even some of the extra loose baseboards I’d forgotten were a hazard – they patched up & nailed down for me – free of charge! The final price was less than she had estimated, but I thought she and her crew deserved to get the full amount we’d agreed on. Since then, I’ve noticed a HUGE reduction in my energy bills, and I know that was her doing. I highly recommend Jean & her crew to anyone needing walls, siding, window or other sorts of repairs!
