Before Easter we bought a pair of addias springblades at this finish line and 9 days after using them the whole bottom of the shoe was completly tearing apart. When I went to return them to the store they would not refund my money. They proceeded to tell me that they could only give store credit because they had been worn(9 days) or I would have to go thru addidas to get my money back. I had my receipt and everything original to the pacakge. I stated they were the ones to sell me the shoes that were faulty and they were the ones who took my money. But they would only give store credit. I will no longer be buying from finish line! Worst service ever! Also two of my childs friends have the same shoes and all have had the same problem. The associate even told me I was not the first to return these shoes it’s a know problem.

I’m not sure as to why people are giving lakeline mall finishline good reviews. I was there on Tuesday March 31st to exchange my shoe for a bigger size that I had ordered online. Horrible customer service. I was standing at the register for 5 minutes then had to fake cough so someone would come out of the back room to help me. Someone finally did and instead of asking«how can I help you» it was a very rude«what’s up» I’m sorry I’m a customer that’s not very Professional on a managers level to great a customer like that. So we start getting my shoes ordered for a bigger size then I ask how much extra shipping would be when I was told $ 19.99 so then I asked when will my shoes be in when she told me it takes one business day. So April 1st comes and it’s 7pm. No shoes at my door. I then call customer service. They let me know that my order hasn’t even been processed yet and that after it is processed it’ll take 1 – 3 business days for my shoes to come in the mail with the fast shipping. So then I call lakeline mall and tell them the situation and the assistant manager talks to the head manager and then tells me they can’t do anything about it. I told them that I needed some sort of refund because my shoes weren’t here in 1 day like the manager told me they would be. So this morning April 3rd my shoes finally have been processed and are being shipped. BUTARENTSUPPOSETOGETHERETILLMONDAYAPRIL6th. KIM the assistant manager understood the situation and wanted to help fix the problem so she offered when my shoes came in the mail, to bring them in and she will refund me my $ 19.99 and give me $ 20 off my next purchase at finish line. Now THATS who needs to be the manager. ALSO the store isn’t clean. Boxes and trash all in the back and by the register. And no one is ever out on the floor the past two times I went which was twice in a two week period.

Visited for the first time. We usually purchase shoes for our son at Academy but decided to visit Finish Line. We shopped the Lake Line Mall location on March 25th at about 3:30pm. The two young men working there were so nice and helpful. One of the clerks signed us up for the customer rewards point card and we will definitely be back.
