Queen Elsa did an amazing job of entertaining my easily distracted 4-​year-​old daughter and 10 of her friends, ages 3 – 5! She did an outstanding job of keeping them engaged and getting them to participate! Even the boys loved her!

I usually do not write review unless I am extremely please with a business and such is the case for princess parties and more. My daughter had an amazing time, from start to finish. My guests were very excited and everyone had tons of fun. Thank you for making this an experience she will never forget!

Amazing! This is the second time we used them (the first for my daughter’s 6^th Queen Elsa came) and this past weekend for my son’s 5^th birthday Darth Vadar came — OVER THE TOP AWESOME! Darth was amazing but not too scary and the kids just loved it! Such an easy process to work with Princess Parties & More — they are the best!

We had my daughter’s 5^th birthday party on July 4^th. Mermaid Princess Ariel arrived right on time and immediately had the children engaged. The children had a wonderful time and a number of the parents commented how they were impressed with how engaging the princess was. The arrangements were easy to make and everything was handled beautifully.

We just loved having Rapunzel visit my daughter’s 4^th birthday party. She’d talked about a Rapunzel party for months, so when my procrastinating self contacted Princess Parties and More with less than two weeks until the party, I was overjoyed that they were able to accommodate us! Rapunzel was fabulous. She had the kids mesmerized from the time she walked in our door. Sure to never break character, she entertained the kids with a story, magic, a parachute and face painting (rainbows). The only reason I’m not giving them 5 full stars is because it can be a bit pricey for the time you get (60 – 75 minutes). However, Rapunzel sure did make my little one VERY happy.

Truly exceptional. We hired Queen Elsa to make an appearance at my daughter’s 5 year old birthday party. One of the parents turned to me during the party and said, «i’ve been to a few parties where Elsa makes an appearance — but this one is A-​List Elsa.»
The kids were delighted, the parents enjoyed their delight, and it’s still being discussed in our house as an unforgettable day. Some of the older boys weren’t really feeling it, but she worked to include and engage them despite their desire to crash cars and blow up pirates in the next room.

I can’t say enough how wonderful our party with Queen Elsa was. My daughter (4) and her friends were mesmerized and are still talking about it. This is way more than just a costume, my little one said this was the REAL Elsa. From the singing to the magic tricks and even her voice, she was the real deal. The few boys we had were reluctant but they were all won over in the end. I would highly recommend Princess Parties & More to make your little one’s dreams come true!

Larissa went above and beyond to get my son’s beloved Grinch to his birthday party — including renting the costume. She offered us a reduced rate for a simple meet and greet. The performer was a great sport — coming up with Seussian rhymes on the spot!
Larissa can take a bit of time to respond to emails. I had to follow up more than once. I definitely would have preferred to have the plan nailed down earlier. But still, I imagine we’ll be back if the kids want a princess or super hero party in the future!

Princess Parties and More did an Amazing! My daughter had a truly magical birthday that she would forever cherish! Queen Elsa did an outstanding job keeping the kids engaged. Thank you Princess Parties and More. Will definitely give it 5 magical stars!!!

Queen Elsa and Anna made a special appearance at my 4 year old daughter’s birthday party. They were wonderful! The children were completely entertained. Highly recommend!

We had the Queen come to my daughter’s 5^th birthday party and it was great! She kept all the kids entertained with magic, bubbles, dancing, and balloon animals. Even the 9 years old kids had fun at the party. And the moms were able to relax, chat, and watch the fun!

This past weekend we celebrated my daughter’s 4^th birthday. Elsa and Anna both came from Princess Parties and more and it was magical. She absolutely LOVED having them and all the parents of the other party goers said it was the best Elsa and Anna they had seen and all the kids were so entertained. They kept all the kids entertained with magic tricks, princess favors, bubbles and all the songs were a HUGE hit! I would definitely recommend them to other friends. The place where we had her party (Rollie Pollies) even commented that they were the best Queen Elsa and Anna they had ever seen and they say they see a lot! Thank you Princess Parties and More!!!

This is the best company in Austin, hands down. Not only do they have excellent prices and outstanding customer service, they bring the most important thing to the party: MAGIC. And that, in the end, is the absolute most important thing for kids to remember and keep forever in their hearts.

I hired Princess Parties and More for my daughter”s Frozen-​themed 5^th birthday party, mainly because of all those 5 stars on Unilocal.But I personally think the company’s service still needs improvement for the reasons I will describe at the below.
1) Communication. The owner of Princess Parties and More, Larissa, is pretty difficult to reach compared to other small service companies. Every single time I called her, I would reach her voice mailbox and I needed to leave several voice messages or several emails to get her response.
The owner, Larissa, explained to me afterwards that she needed to take care of kids and family, so she was not that responsive as I expected. As a mom of two kids and a career woman, I completely understand balancing business and family is very hard, especially for a woman, but kids and families should not be the excuse to for not responding to clients’ emails and not calling back within a few days. Just my personal opinion. If you are too busy to reply to client inquiry, then just hire a helper or sleep less or be more organized and efficient.
2) Regarding the Queen Elsa. She did not sing or dance with kids as described in the package information. I am especially disappointed at this, because my kid and her friends looked forward to singing Let it Go and Can we build a Snowman with Elsa. Music and songs are integral parts of a princess party, especially for the character of Elsa. If I can only choose one activity for Elsa to do, I definitely will go with music and songs.
Larissa later argued that the reason Elsa did not sing or dance was because our party was too chaotic, kids were not interested in listening to her singing, and kids were distracted by movie Frozen playing in media room. Well, I guess no one would believe a group of 4 and 5 years old girls had no interest in listening Elsa singing Let it Go! My side of story is when Elsa did group activities like storytelling, all of girls’ eyes were on her, but Elsa just did not sing or dance with them. Only when Elsa was painting face or did balloon sculpting for one kid, did other kids run to their moms to show off or go to media room to see the movie. i think it is very natural for a group of 4 and 5 year old kids to do so. And it became an excuse for Elsa not singing with kids. By the way, for those who may wonder how chaotic my party could be, the number of kids Elsa needs to entertain in my party is only 6, all girls. 4 Boys who were not interested in princess were either quietly eating food or running around. Another 4 kids who came later than Elsa’s arrival were not engaged at all. They were quietly playing by themselves.
3) I ordered the Wish Come True Package (supposed to last 75 – 90 minutes). I told Larissa my party would start at 3pm, and she recommended Queen Elsa to come at 3:30pm so that guests who might be late can also get a chance to interact with Queen Elsa. I agreed with her and booked Elsa to come at 3:30pm. I don’t know what time Queen Elsa showed up in my party, but I know she left the party at 4:30pm sharp. Larissa later argued that the reason Elsa left at 4:30pm was because she arrived at 3:15pm. Apparently Larissa forgot it was her who recommended me to book Elsa to arrive at 3:30pm for those guests who may come late. When I complained about Elsa not engaging those kids who came late, Larissa said, well, because those kids were late. Yes, they were late, but on the other hand, Elsa arrived too early.
4) My daughter’s costume is prettier and cleaner than Queen Elsa’s costume. I will upload a picture of her costume, full of wrinkles and even yellow stains. Yes, kids like my daughter and her guests do not have attention to details, but does that mean that you don’t need to spot clean and iron the costume at all?
This is the first time I hired princess for the birthday party. So I don’t have comparison with other companies. Overall, Queen Elsa is good at engaging my daughter and other few kids who came before her arrival. But as a mom and client who pays for the service, I feel the service is not worth $ 275 plus tips and 5 stars rating. I know being a princess is hard. But no job is easy. And when I brought up these feedback to the owner, I only heard she kept defending herself and her employees. I think she does not know the importance of showing empathy for clients.
By the way, I ordered a personal mini cake a week before my party from Larissa, that cake is smaller than hand palm. Larissa called it as a last minute order, to prove that how hard she tried to satisfy client needs. I don’t think any bakery store will agree that a order of a mini personal cake placed a week advance is a last-​minute order.
ps: this is just my personal experience. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it is a true story.

We had Queen Elsa help celebrate our daughter’s 5^th birthday. She was incredibly professional from the minute she walked in until the minute she left. She kept the attention of ALL of the kids (as well as most of the parents) for the entire time. She remained completely in character the entire time. She even did a great job on the wishes come true phone call prior to the party. At the end of the day, my daughter told me it was the best day of her life. Thanks Elsa for making my daughter’s birthday one that she will never forget!

Queen Elsa enthralled 15 kindergarteners and kept their attention on her the whole time. She was wonderful with them — from twisting balloons to face-​painting to keeping them entertained with music and dancing, the kids were fully entertained. Everyone, including the parents, were so impressed that they’re still talking about it! We’re so pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Princess Parties and More for making my daughter’s dreams come true.

We had Princess Elsa come to my daughter’s 6^th birthday. It was a great success! We had 15 to 20 little princesses and Elsa was so great at taking control and taking charge of the little girls and entertaining them. We were VERY happy with the princess and she made the party. The other moms kept asking me where we got her from. I highly recommend this company and this Elsa!

This past weekend we celebrated my daughter’s 4^th birthday with Queen Elsa! The Queen was AMAZING! The kid’s faces were priceless. We purchased the Glass slipper, it was a great price for what was included. Just to mention a few, face painting, music, games, bubbling dancing, birthday princess crowning and more. I compared other companies and this was by far the best price. Please check the website for the different packages. The Queen stayed in character the whole time, she was also a great fit for the part. She is beautiful looks exactly like her. I received many great compliments from the parents, they all enjoyed her as well. It is truly a magical moment your kids will cherish for the rest of their lives. The Queen called my daughter the night before her birthday party to let her know she’d be arriving! J I definitely recommend Princess parties and more !

We had Queen Elsa come for my 4 year old’s birthday. Everyone, parents included, LOVED it. All the parents commented that they need a permanent Queen Elsa for hire, as every kid was transfixed for the entire time. The face-​painting was very professional, the songs and bubbles and huge hit, and my child is still talking about all the magic tricks. Great job — worth every cent to see the look on the faces when Queen Elsa arrived!

We purchased the Wish Come True package and it was worth every penny! The party was beautifully coordinated and decorated in an Under the Sea theme with Princess Ariel. They even accommodated our request for gluten free and dairy free offerings, even the cupcakes! The princess was in full character the whole time. She was really a very professional actor, just like you would meet at Disney World. The Princess coordinated the activities with the girls, face painting, story telling, bubble dancing, parachute ect. I just got to sit back and take pictures!
We had this party in our backyard and it was a huge hit! I can’t wait to book Princess Elsa for next time!
