They were great to work with me on finding a new flavor and very helpful. The guys took time and had the patience to help me find what I was looking for.

They’re good and knowledgeable about vaping, but they’re not really willing to help you out at all. Also, the $ 10 minimum for cards needs to GO. What if someone wants to come in and purchase 1 single coil? Too bad. They will tell you you should go somewhere else (yes, this just happened). I won’t be back, unfortunately.

On a trip from Houston to Austin, I didn’t bring enough liquid. The predicament put me in something of a tizzy; the moment I got into town, I started looking for a vape shop.
I found Phoenix.
Went in with very specific needs in a juice, and was directed to their house flavors, of which I tried a few. All were tasty, but one stood out — so I rattled off flavor, size, nicotine concentration, and VG percentage.
‘Bout three? four? minutes later, I had a just-​mixed bottle of juice in my hand. And it was GOOD. Er,. .. so good I ran through 30mL in a day.
Helpful, friendly staff, and enough of them on hand that you don’t have to wait. Prices comparable or lower than competing stores. GO!

Phoenix Vapor Shop is such a great store. It is one of only two vape shops I like to go to in Austin. The staff is very nice and also very smart when it come to just about anything vaping. They have very good house juice! One of there best sellers is Cookie Monster and it is a very good vape. It is local and family owned. They also have many mods, tanks, and vaping accessories to choose from. I would highly recommend that all Austinite vapers go and check out this store!

I love Phoenix Vapor Shop. The prices for juice are cheaper than most, but have better flavor and don’t burn out your coils as fast. Derek is super knowledgeable probably the most knowledgeable 20 year old (yes he’s 20, don’t let the man beard fool ya) that I’ve met. Tim is very helpful every time and he’s very honest about every product. He’s not out to sell you the most expensive kit, he’s more into making sure you get the product that best fits your needs. James, well James could run a seminar on customer service. This dude is 100% genuine and cares about his customers. I’ve met Cathy (The Owner) once, and she was very nice to me, not sure what the other Unilocalers problems were with her, I have no complaints. I highly recommend you try the cookie monster flavor. Keep doing what you are doing Phoenix!

If you want excellent customer service mixed with quality products, this is your place. Went in this afternoon to purchase an e-​cig and was helped out by a guy named James. He was super personable, knowledgeable, and patient with me, as I barely know anything about all of this stuff lol and was willing to let me try tons of flavors. James got me set up with a kit along with 4 liquids and then helped show me how to use and put together everything. About a year ago, I purchased an e-​cig from Create-​A-​Cig and paid upwards of $ 200 for everything, just to have it break a month in. Everything today was a little over $ 100. The verdict is still out if it will last, but the quality, I can already tell seems so much better. The flavors are all delish too! Will definitely be going back. Thanks James and Phoenix! Had an awesome experience today and will definitely be coming in again soon! :)

Hands down one of the best Vapor shops in Austin. Their house juices are stellar, top quality and consistent. The staff are cool, laid back and extremely knowledgeable about their hardware, juice and everything about cape, plus no fake stuff and no high pressure sales pitches. James was the first guy I met there, he went out of his way to get me into the hw I needed, NOT what was the most expensive. Plus, once they know your name they don’t forget, top shelf customer svc.

What scammers! When you ask how much something costs u get an amount… Right? Not at Phoenix vape shop. You unknowingly get a «guesstimate», thinking it’s the price, you buy it and if you don’t catch the almost double charge right then and there and try to go back less than an hour later and figure out where the $ went to, they don’t do refunds on their almost more than half «guesstimation». What business allows employees to GUESS the price of items and then charge almost double the GUESS unless the price changes regularly so they can scam people. This is my neighborhood vape shop but I will drive clear across town before I give them another penny. Know Ur prices and product and take care of ur customers especially when ur in the wrong. Plus*their in house liquids are diluted and give you a horrible sore throat

These guys are the best! I went there not knowing anything at all about vaping last year and they were able to help me out. Any time I have questions they are always happy to help and most importantly their flavors are absolutely fabulous!

They were really nice here. Much nicer experience than the first shop I went to. I felt totally comfortable asking noob questions and they explained everything. They described their flavors really well as well. Seemed to have a large selection of flavors and equipment. I will go back here in the future.
Only room for improvement is that the website is totally not user friendly. The products layout is hard to navigate and you can’t see the liquid descriptions without clicking on each one. But I’m more into the user experience than most people. And hey, at least they have everything online.

My one and only vapor shop. This place, the staff, the owner, everyone and everything is just fantastic.

I usually don’t give a review, unless I give it a few tries. This store is not only chill and laid back, but they have everything that you would ever need to vape. I have gone through three different units, slowly graduating myself up to a custom tank, etc. And everything that I have purchased has been awesome. For those of you that are beginners, this is the place to go. When I first went to Austin I didn’t know anything about vaping, except that I was a smoker and I wanted to quit. Somehow I ended up at this shop. I never felt intimidated or like I could ask the wrong question. They let me try a lot of their custom liquids before I would have ever made the choice based on what my tastes were. All the guys that I have encountered here, I do not know their names to give specific shout outs, but they have all been really attentive and awesome. What more can you ask for?
***Pointers for newbies: the best one that I have found that seems to be a solid liquid that everyone loves is honey QQ. I went back home to Tennessee and all my girlfriends who are formally smokers, and vape, were looking on their website to see if they could order it! Guess what, you can! I had no idea! But that is how good their liquids are!

It seems like a place that’s more into letting you mix your own juices, which is cool, but I just needed to pick up a bottle of juice; I treat it like cigarettes, grab it and go. Plus I was on my lunch break. The dude at the counter, I believe his name was Caden, suggested 1-​Up and Dragon Fruit, which were both really good. I eventually ended up getting the 1-​Up, which is like a pineapple and cream combination. Hits very well, some of the best flavor I’ve tasted of any house juice. $ 14.95 for a 30ml bottle.
When I first got the juice, it tasted great, but lately I’ve noticed it has some weird after taste. Like almost a chemical after taste. I haven’t noticed anything off with my mind or body, but I don’t think I’ll be getting the juice from there again.
At the time I went in, it was frequented by some semi-​obnoxious vape jockies loudly discussing the merits of their 0.2 ohm builds or whatever. Don’t know if that’s their usual clientele, but anyway. Not a big deal, just something to mention.

Tyler is awesome! My return visit saved my opinion of a place I had fell it love with my first visit but ultimately was let down on a couple return visits. Thank you Tyler.
He was attentintive and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and made me feel welcomed, not intrusive. He didnt try to sell me evertything under the sun either, but did manage to make a few reasonable suggestions. He had warm smile and good eye contact. Thank you Tyler.
I had a few reservations returning to this place which I had grown to love since my inital visits, which were pretty great. But a few visits in the past had let me down. I had bought a new tank and it was stripped at the base, not allowing me to twist it to my battery. When I walked back in to see if I could get a new one, and I had not even left the parking lot yet, I was given a used one. I was told, it wasnt used much. o. O !! Really? Seriously? I just bought a new product and it was defective, and you give me a used part? This kind of threw me for a loop. And it was either before or after this that a visit had left me feeling ignored. They were transitioning their Register/​PC to a new system and very busy. Coming from a Customer Service background — there is no excuse for being ignored, unless your being robbed or something.
With this being said, I am aware we all have our bad days. I decided to give this place another chance, as I said before, my initial visit was awesome. When I first came into Phoenix, I was greeted with smiles and great attitudes, I was welcomed and given great service. Their products are awesome and reasonably priced.
So the reason for the 4 stars are for those 2 visits which let me down. If I could just rate on an employee, I would give Tyler 5 stars. He is the reason I will be returning. For me, the product being good is important — but its the customer service which will keep me coming back and as a consumer I know — this is true for a lot of people.

Phoenix Vapor Shop is by far the best in Austin. Their house blends trump premiums with ease. Super friendly staff. Always awesome selection of hardware. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ will go again.

I am new to the Austin area and was looking for a new vape spot. I have had some great shops where I came from before both in San Marcos and in Dallas, but just based off of my 1^st experience with Phoenix Vapor Shop here in Austin, I think I have found a new spot.
I came in during what seemed like peak hours and while the staff was extremely busy, I never felt like I was forgotten or just another face in the crowd. Catherine was the person who took care of me and I was extremely pleased with her help. She was very knowledgeable about all her products and liquids, and although I have become somewhat well versed in vaping, I learned something while I was being helped.
If you are looking for a great shop to try out I would most certainly recommend Phoenix. Their staff is great and their liquids are even better! I will most certainly be back there myself!

Friendly helpful service is the key to a successful Vape shop. This place has it all. From what I recall all flavors are in house. I don’t think they offer outside brands of eJuices. Clean store reasonably priced. I enjoyed my time here.
Wish there were places to lounge here and watch TV like other Vape establishments but its still a new store. The prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgable.
