Mark Moy Professional Dance Instruction

Mark is the best! We’ve been working with him for about three months and it is our favorite part of the week. I have no experience with dance whatsoever and he has been so patient and really makes an effort to explain things in ways that I can understand. He’s also able to get into really technical instruction as well which he does with my partner who does have some dance experience. We’ve learned so much and would highly highly highly recommend him to anyone.

Mark does an awesome job. It has been really cool seeing my 3 children who dance with him learn ballroom dancing under his instruction. I highly recommend working with Mark.

My husband and I signed up for 5 lessons with Mark Moy because we wanted to get my husband ready for his father-​daughter dance at our daughter’s wedding. I served as the stand in for my daughter, and Mark taught us the rhumba to go with our chosen song.
It felt like we were dancing very quickly! We learned some basic and cool looking moves in the first 2 lessons. My daughter was in town for one of the lesson times and she learned most of the moves from Mark in one lesson (oh to be young again!).
Mark is an excellent instructor who was able to convey some of the basics of dance to us in ways we could easily understand. I liked that he had some easy analogies that we could use to understand some fundamental ways to move in dancing. Most importantly, Mark is a nice guy, easy to work with and very patient. He’s worked with students of all levels and was unfazed by my worst moments of uncoordinated dance. We enjoyed our lessons so much that we plan to continue with some of the group lessons offered by Rhythmic Motion.
