UT Calculus Students — Call me. I am extremely familiar with the UT Calculus sequence and have many past exams/homeworks!
History
Established in 2005.
While in Nashville, I was teaching at Vanderbilt and decided to do some private tutoring on the side. It turned out that I enjoyed working one on one with students much more than standing in front of classroom. I began tutoring more and more and now it is what I do full time.
In 2007 I relocated to Austin (I LOVE AUSTIN) and continue working with those who need a bit of extra math help.

My math background:
while an undergraduate at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, I worked for many years at different tutoring labs helping people with random math topics. Eventually I earned my BA and then my MA in Mathematics at Louisville.
I then moved to Nashville and began teaching at Vanderbilt University as a Lecturer. I enrolled in their Phd program, did one year of Phd work and realized I did not want to be a math researcher! Fortunately, I was able to regain my old teaching position.
For the past 4 years, I have been tutoring full time and I love it.
I have taught: Engineering Calculus 1 and 2, Calculus 1 and 2, Statistics, Finite Math, College Algebra, and PreCalculus (just to name a few) many times in my career. I am well versed in a large body of mathematics and do my best to communicate it clearly and efficiently.
