Just Jeeps

Just gave them my new jeep for lift kit and the such, Dan and Robert are always great to work with and do a great job. We have a couple jeeps and I am on my 3^rd one and they have always done great by us and I would and do recommend them to every Jeep Owner, Thanks guys!

I’ve been a customer for about a year now, from my very first mods to help with warranty on a tire, I’ve never experienced more professional, reliable, and above and beyond service. Truly, the kings of customer service! They do awesome work!

These guys are top notch. I’m not a «car guy» so they broke down everything for me and made me feel great about my repair. Even gave me some other options to other places to make sure I was getting the best deal with my warranty.

Deeply disappointed in these guys.
Sadly, I did a lot of research to get to Just Jeeps, so no one is to blame but me. My Grandfather left me his 1974 Jeep. It was involved in a fire and as such, doesn’t run.
They were great at getting me to believe they were the right choice and terrible at delivering on that promise.
They’ve had (and still do) my Jeep for 9 months and have not even touched it. Yeah, 9 months. It’s nauseating.
It’s just sitting outside in their graveyard of Jeeps, waiting. They’ve told me on multiple occasions that work will begin «next week» only to go dark and silent. It’s immensely frustrating for a busy person who cannot drive a project like this every single day.
And I’m not looking for a «deal.» It’s a big project and I expect to pay for it. A premium price even. But they just do not care. I’ll stop in every time I can (I travel as a consultant and their hours are difficult for me to make) and I get a big smile and a friendly handshake, an excuse of one sort or another, and another promise of «next week.» So frustrating.
If you have a lift kit, or a need a brake job, or some other such menial or cosmetic thing, I’m sure they’re fine — possibly even better than fine. But, if you’re looking a place to take on a larger project, you’ll need to look elsewhere. I’ve been extremely disappointed and I feel helpless … really feels awful to have my Jeep just sitting there with very few options.

They were clear and professional about what needed to be done to my Jeep. They understood my needs and were fair on the price for the repairs. They seem to be very busy but made room to get me in quickly and get my car back to me. I had my radiator, radiator fan and fan switch replaced. I will be going back to have my Jeep serviced by them. Trusted and professional service every time with Robert, Dan and all the amazing crew there. Thank you guys!!!

Seriously, these guys are the best! Dan is always willing to answer your questions and this is the only place I trust with my Jeep in town. I highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I have both had work done on our Jeeps here. The guys here are pretty cool and super friendly. This place offers fast service at fair prices and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Some confusion had happened with our Jeep, but once it was brought to the attention of Just Jeeps they went above and beyond to help. Seriously above and beyond. This isn’t your typical maintenance shop. We called around a lot, and they consistently had the best prices. The workmanship was impeccable, and now we know the customer service is great as well. I was skeptical at first with it being a specialty shop that we would get taken advantage of, but I was wrong and boy and I am glad for that!

Had some problems but they made good on it.

Exceptional place! Just Jeeps is my favorite service shop when my vehicles is in need of some love. Dan is the real deal — doesn’t up sell, gives a fair price and offers great service.

Just Jeeps recently completed a complex build on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They provided direction on suspension, lighting, gearing, wheels, etc.
The final product far exceeded my very high expectations. Everything was perfect! Sprayed LineX on bumpers and rock bars, replaced gears to compensate for 37″ tires, 50″ light bar and hid the wires under the brackets, winch, flat fenders, suspension lift, modified exhaust per suspension.
Jeep was finished on-​time and the price was very reasonable.
I really enjoyed working with Dan and his team.

These guys are amazing and super friendly! Walked in with an air conditioner issue (no fun in Austin heat!) and the guys squeezed me in and checked out my jeep quickly! About 5 min later, I had a diagnosis. Another 10 min and my part was ordered.

Hands down, the BEST Jeep shop in Texas! Robert is as good of an owner as they get, Dan, the Service Manager is AWESOME, and honest. They have taken care of me time and time again… I won’t send my Jeep to ANYONE other than them. Keep up the GREAT work guys, you are VERY much appreciated in the Austin area!

The manager of Just Jeeps went above and beyond his call of duty when he got a phone call from me. Having just moved to the city, the moment my car stopped moving, I thought I was screwed. Not having any family or knowing who to call, the shop manager gave me a quote and assured my car would be fixed quickly. He found me a free ride home from the shop and my jeep was ready the next morning.

As a reply to the owner of Just Jeeps two years later — those $ 1000 repairs still remain to be unnecessary, after driving the car for thousands more miles and having several more eyes take a look at my car, I have yet to have been given the suggestion that my stabilizer be replaced. I’d say about $ 600 of the $ 1800 originally quoted repairs really ended up being necessary.

These guys rock. My Grand Cherokee has been serviced by Just Jeeps since 2005. They know these vehicles inside and out. Their prices are very reasonable, often the lowest, and for whatever reason the initial repair doesn’t work, they stick with the problem until it’s solved, most of the time without charging any extra. Their mechanics and staff care about their clients vehicles and don’t recommend or perform unnecessary work. Honestly I don’t think my Jeep would still be on the road if these guys weren’t around.

They specialize in Jeeps — and quality service.
The folks were nice, stayed open a few minutes late to let me drop off my Jeep and keys, and kept me updated throughout the swift repair process. Parts and labor were explained, the prices were fair, and they never once gave me a runaround or tried to upsell some spark plugs.
Their lot had everything from a new Jeep Liberty to vintage off-​roading Jeeps, so you know they probably have your parts in stock. Highly recommended.
