I graduated from Baylor in 1979 with an accounting degree and within 3 years I realized that a desk job was not for me. My friend David Russell and I purchased Hyden window cleaners in 1982 and worked mostly by ourselves for years developing techniques and a loyal base of clients. Starting around 1990, whenever we needed to hire help, we looked for happy fit people who were willing to listen to instruction from someone who knows what they are talking about. David retired in 2010 and sold his half to me. I continue to live by the principles that have helped to grow this business the last 30 years. I treat all my customers property as if it were my own and I instill that philosophy in everyone who works for me. I am most proud of the 4 individuals who make up the core of Hyden window cleaners.
