Very happy, another HVAC guy said I needed to rework my duct system for 2 to 3 thousand, this guy found the real problem loose wires! I bought 2 new digital thermometers from him and my total was $ 250.

My Home Warranty company sent me this company. I wrote a negative review back to them and I will do the same here. Alex was rude and rushing from the day he called. He didn’t do any type of test on my AC unit only told me «its running so I cant give you a diagnosis if its running.» He claimed it was because the door wasn’t on tight so that’s why it shuts off. Then told me to call him directly if it happens again. There’s the catch the first round they’re not fixing anything so he has to come back. I did not call these crooks, my home warranty company sent me a new AC team that fixed the problem in about an hour, they didn’t have a problem diagnosing the problem while it was running. But the other AC company actually brought tools in so that is one step more than Alex did.

The 2^nd time service was better, but it was a real bummer to have to pay for a recall service. The 1^st time the problem was diagnosed as «dirty filters» (less than 1 month since installed). I think the real problem was the issue they fixed on the 2^nd trip out (compressor). Landmark warranty company sided with them on the dispute to pay a 2^nd time (why not, both companies get to make money). Would have been 1 star but the 2^nd visit felt more proper/​professional (even though we had to double pay).

People are always complaining about the AC guys a home warranty company sends out so I was worried when both our AC units went out. One was under home warranty and the other was not due to pre-​existing condition. Air Zone came out and fixed BOTH for only 15 bucks over the service call. Who gets anything fixed for that much, let alone AC? My wife gets haircuts that cost more than that. Of course the home warranty picked up some of it but these guys were great, personable and professional.

These guys were sent out by my home warranty company. On the first call they were able to get to me on the same day I called. This was great considering it was the middle of June and they are crazy busy. Unfortunately the work performed did not fix the issue and it required a second trip to replace the compressor. Alex does great work but I can only give 3 stars considering I told them that the compressor was the problem during the first trip and I had to wait 9days for a new compressor to arrive from the factory (due to warranty issues).

These guys are great. I called because I was installing a ductless mini-​split and needed a tech to vacuum the lines. Alex came the same day and were very helpful.

Fast, friendly, very professional service. The serviceman figured out the problem right away. Repaired it and out in under an hour. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend them.

I’ve had Air Zone out to my house on three separate occasions for three separate reasons. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. They show up on time, shoot you straight, and get the job done right. Needless to say I’ve found my one and only go to for all my HVAC needs and you should consider them too.

My AC out door fan motor stop working and I have a home warranty so I called my home warranty company. They sent Air Zone to look at the issue. They said the AC has a bad fan motor (which I suspected) and it is cover under the home warranty; however, the cause of the bad fan motor was due to dirty evaporator coil which is not cover by warranty that I should have it clean and the guy quoted me 300 – 350. I told them that I don’t want to clean that evaporator coil right now and need to do more research to see if they are even related. The tech called his boss and then come back to tell me that if I don’t clean the evaporator coil, they won’t be able to fix the fan motor due to a «liability» issue. since they think the dirty evaporator coil would damage the fan motor again. He also said. «by the way, it is not 300 – 350. it’s $ 450 to have it clean and we can do that for you. «. I was very suspicious with their story and I asked the warranty company to send a 2^nd opinion while I called other AC companies. 2 AC contractors that I got in touch said that was the most ridiculous thing Air Zone can say. dirty coil can affect compressors but NOT fan motor and it sounds like Air zone just want to double dip on their fee. My Warranty company also called another contractor of their list and they have it fixed without even mentioning the dirty evaporator coil. If you don’t mind being scam or taken for a ride, Air Zone will be your guy!

My experience with this company left a lot to be desired. Our home warranty service selected this company to repair some leaking duct work. They showed up on time and were friendly. The guy went up into the attic and sealed up the duct work. This is a new (1950’s) house for us and we are remodeling. After a day, I crawled up into the attic to wire some lighting and immediately knew the duct work was leaking badly. The attic was nice and cool. The tech cut a hole in the plenum, which is normal for sealing the ducts in that particular area, but he used regular duct tape and very little mastic to patch the large hole he cut.
The only reason this is not a single star review is that the guys came back out and sealed the plenum as they should have in the first place. They seemed to do good work in the end, but it was a hassle to meet them twice for something that should have been done right the first time.

They show up multiple times and problems do not get fixed. Do not hire them.

As a home owner, replacing an HVAC is not frequent and very expensive. Alex at Airzone helped me through all my options (good, better, and best) taking the time to educate me as a buyer. Not pushy and an expert in the subject matter.
In the end, I went with Airzone and they showed up when they said they would, performed the installation as planned and everything is operational. So much so that I wanted to get the word out and do this review. Well done!

Best in the business! I apologize for not finishing my review sooner. My heat pump performs like a champ after they got done fixing the mess the previous owners left my family and I. No one has a better price or a better service in my opinion. Thank you guys for being honest and professional.

As a property manager /​general contractor, I generally hesitate to write reviews for any company I hire to fix a home, but these guys deserve 6 stars. I had an a/​c problem in one of my rental properties on a Friday afternoon. My unreliable normal guy that I use because he has GREAT rates was as usual, not showing up.
I talked to these guys at about 2 in the afternoon on a Friday, and they came out and the a/​c was fixed immediately. They did not try to tell me I needed a new system. They fixed more than they needed to.
I was charged $ 115 to add freon, level the condensor, and clean the exterior coil. This price is EXCEPTIONAL for what they provided.
They also showed up in a professional van, with professional tools, and with professional outfits. I was extremely impressed, especially since I found them on Craigslist. I will be using them and referring them in the future.
