When my husband and I bought a Phoenix area business several years ago, we inherited a sadly out of date and poorly designed website. Not being web design savvy and not having the time or inclination to «webmaster» a new site kept us holding on to the old site for far too long. Fortunately, along came Hubrunner to address our wish list and we are very satisfied with their services! We worked with Bethany to develop the new site and it came together very quickly — they clearly know what they’re doing. The new site went live without a hitch — the old address transfers seamlessly to the new, the support team responds to questions in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Their design is far more professional and contemporary than our previous site and we were happy that we weren’t spending our time trying to choose background colors and templates, uploading pics and writing copy, as had been expected with some other design companies we talked to. We feel the cost is quite reasonable for the level of service and quality they offer and we definitely recommend them!

I know a little about computers, but nothing about web design. I tried putting together my own website a few times and invariably the result was something that looked totally amateurish. I needed a professional-​looking website for my business, and that is exactly what I got from Hubrunner.
The process was quick and painless. I sent them a few graphic files like my profile photo and business logo, and they quickly put together a commercial-​quality web page containing all necessary background and contact information for my prospective clients. After approving the test website, it was easily uploaded to the web and went live immediately.
I made a few revisions even after the website was finalized, and they were implemented on the same day I submitted them. Fantastic service, especially for those of us who don’t want to try coding in html!

All that I can say is wow! I decided to outsource our company’s website late last year and decided to try Hubrunner. They took our old site, got the relevant content, created an incredibly beautiful and useful site in just a few days. I’ve never worked with web folks who are so great at customer service. Cassie nearly always responded before I even finished my post-​send proofread (what, I’m supposed to do that first?) and was always willing to see what could be done to accommodate our requests. Every option we saw was obviously a template-​based design, but the team is adept enough at manipulating their templates to fit the needs we had, no matter what they were.
Full disclosure: We won our website through HubRunner’s nonprofit giveaway, but since I’m not in accounting and I don’t pay the bills at my office, it bears no weight on my rating.

It took a few weeks from start to finish because I needed to travel to Florida to iron out details with my sister about the content of the site. WOW! Having been with Go Daddy for 8 years I was getting tired of the do-​it-​yourself web hosting gig. Not enough time to do a really good job and frankly, I don’t have any desire to become a web designer. Got a call out of the blue from Cassie and figured I’d hear her out.
