History

Established in 2001.

As entrepreneur Nathan Batiste plugged his first home-​built server to the internet connection running into this Round Rock garage in 2001, he had no idea that what was then little more than a dream would soon grow into a thriving local website hosting and design company. Years later, Host U Online, Inc. has expanded into a successful internet solutions firm with a talented team of experts on staff.

Shortly after Nathan started Host U Online, the company moved from his garage to our current location at 8834 N. Capital of Texas Highway. Today, Host U Online provides a wide range of web-​related services. We cater to small and medium-​sized businesses in the Austin area, although we have clients from coast to coast. Currently nine people make our company run — two designers, two programmers, an SEO specialist, a systems administrator and three people in sales and management. Host U Online continues to expand, an is always seeking clients who value personalize service and custom solutions

After successful careers in technology and video production, Nathan’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology prompted him to found Host U Online in 2001. No stranger to the challenges faced by small businesses, he persisted through several years of slow growth and struggle. His resolve has paid off — Batiste is now assisted by a talented group of experts in design, programming, networking, finance, project management, sales and marketing. Host U Online has become the focus of Nathan’s attention as the business expands at an unprecedented rate.
