I called ahead of time and asked if they had time to do a mani and pedi at the same time as I only had an hour– I was told yes and then got there and I confirmed again that I needed my mani and pedi done at the same time and she said they would start my pedi and my mani would start in a couple minutes– well finished my pedi and still no mani.

Still my favorite place in Austin! Someone said it was by appointment only which is false, this place is awesome so it’s busy a lot, I often can just walk in, but on weekends and later in the day I always call to be sure they aren’t crazy, if they are, Michelle always tells you exactly when to come in. If she’s «short» with you on the phone it’s because she’s usually running from client to client and answering the phone at the same time. Cut these hard working ladies some slack!

I have been a repeat customer at The Hills for over 3 years. When you walk in the door you feel like they are brand new because it is very clean. They informed me that they have a professional cleaning service come in nightly and then once a month have a deep cleaning done. I think this is fabulous! I have had manicures, pedicures and acrylics done here. Their pedicure is an all inclusive deal. They don’t have a million different things to up charge you for. They do a wonderful job on gel manicures. I have referred several customers here and they are customers for life.

Called to ask about pricing, the lady was short and didn’t bother to tell us it’s by appointment. Drove all the way there only to be turned away because they had two people working and had appointments all day. Poo.

I do like this place. It’s clean, the ladies are nice and they give great massage. My complaint is the hours listed on their website and door are not correct. 3 different times I have showed up and they weren’t open yet. The door said they open at 11 am on Sunday, but they don’t show up and open shop until 11:40. This has happened during the weekdays also. So each time, I have hired a sitter to get away for a few hours and I spent 30 –40 mins driving around nearby trying to find errands to run while waiting on them to open shop.

This nail place is close to my house. I love how clean it is. I like the service. My only complaint has been the last two times I have been in, I have gotten the young girl that usually is at the welcome desk. I guess they are training her to be a nail tech. I rather not be the one she is trained on. Last time I told them I would wait for someone else to open and they wouldn’t have it. They said she knows what she is doing, etc. Well the time before she cut my nails way too short. If you get any of the ladies in the white coats you are good. I have seen a few famous people in here as well.

This place is great! Very relaxing setting and loved their hot stone massage with my pedicure. Plenty of chairs and staff was nice and friendly. I was surprised as well that their pedicure was only $ 25. I’ve been to a few places around the area where they charge $ 30 and don’t even do anything but soak your feet in water and paint your toe nails. I will be back and rightfully so because it’s convenient that I don’t live too far. My new go to spot for a great and relaxing pedicure.

This is by far the best place to get a mani/pedi in Bee Cave. It’s clean, calming, and the nail techs are great. I even got a little shoulder massage while having my nails done! Love! They have a solid color selection, a hand/feet drying station, and the place has a nice Asian flare. The music is calming, and did I mention its extremely reasonable? Two thumbs up!

I just made an appointment for my lunch break, drove to the Hills and was turned away. They gave my appointment to someone else and asked if I could wait an extra 15 – 30 minutes. I really wish I had that kind of time. Even though I asked several times during the phone call if she had my name correct to confirm the appointment I still didn’t get my mani/pedi. Poor communication and an unfortunate lack of any experience past the front door means I won’t be back.

Super friendly, clean, and great price for what you get $ 40 for the top pedicure that comes with a mask, scrub, hot stone, and extra massage! Manicure $ 15 that comes with a little back massage too!!! Finally found a good nail salon that has great prices! Oh and all OPI and Essie colors!

I got my nails(mani-pedi) and eyebrows did there today. I wanted to Unilocal it ASAP(that’s how good it was!). Stopped in on my way home from work while traffic died down. first thing I noticed walking in was the salon was sparkling clean. Décor looked new. Also, they had recent magazine issues of People, Us, etc. tabloid candy. Staff was very nice and took their time on each service. They offered me something to drink and even got a neck massage! Almost fell asleep in my chair. A bit pricier than most nail salons, but definitely worth the service. I’ll be back soon!

At first the price seemed high; however, when you ad on all the extras included, the price is great. They give you a $ 60 pedi for $ 25. You can walk in for one service but if you want a mani-pedi at one time, you’d best call for an appointment. The facility is spacious, which gives you privacy for chatting with a girlfriend.

Very friendly and clean. The massage chairs are top-notch. You don’t feel like a number, but rather a valued customer. They even gave me my own nail file and scrubber to bring back when I go back each time. Also, the prices are less than the other neighborhood salons — which is amazing since it is for sure one of the nicest nail salons around.

This salon was recommend to us by a friend while visiting here in Austin. We had a fantastic experience at The Hills Day Spa. We went in for pedis but were so pleased with the quality of them that, between the 3 of us, we added manis, an eyebrow wax and a lip wax for good measure. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. The prices are very reasonable. The space is bright, comfortable, and super clean. If I lived in Austin I would be in here for something every week. I even tried to talk my nail technician(Lan) into moving to the Bay Area. She laughingly said«no» which is lucky for all you Austinites but bad news for me. Go here. Be happy.

What $ 21 grand opening pedis? So I went and yes it was a delight. Lan gave me a foot and leg massage that was soooo great. She really took her time. A very wonderful atmosphere. Afraid if the prices go up they may not do well as Jenny H said we have a lot of Nail spas. But for now I too am a fan.
