Helping families fulfill their dream of home ownership or selling their existing home to find a new and better place for their family is one of his passions. Since starting in the industry, he has helped hundreds of families into their new homes.

Grant has worked in the Austin real estate market since 1998. During this time, he has helped lead the sales and marketing initiatives in some of the area’s most successful communities and developments for several national builders, including Wilshire Homes, Lennar Homes, Monterey Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes and Buffington Signature Homes. Starting in sales and eventually leading three builders as V.P. of Sales and Marketing has given Grant special insight into the housing industry.

In 2009, Grant began to specialize in working with home sellers as a partner with Outlaw Real Estate Group.

Grant and His wife moved to Austin from Dallas in 1997 and couldn’t imagine raising their son anywhere else. Before moving to Texas, Grant spent six years in the U.S. Army, where he reached the rank of Sergeant. In that time, he received extensive training in Public Affairs, Supply Operations and Psychological Operations. For his work, Grant received a Meritorious Service Medal, an Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and two Good Conduct Medals.

In his free time, Grant likes road & mountain biking, RV’ing, reading, Cub Scouts with his son and enjoying Austin’s many wonders with his family and friends.
