Genuine Lube & Tune

what a bunch of CROOKS ! They will gladly take your money if you are a woman expecting an everyday oil change and especially in a hurry to get out the door and get a sick child from school. So after agreeing to purchasing new filters, I review my receipt after getting home and find that they charged me $ 80 for an OIL CHANGE. I have never paid over $ 45 for a synthetic oil change for Lexus. Apparently their oil is SPECIAL. I had also asked if they rotate tires and they said they did. Oh I guess that was my fault too as they stuck with me with $ 30! for changing stinking tires. I have been around this planet for a very long time and have NEVER been charged for rotating tires. The ethical businesses that care about repeat customers don’t charge for this, ie. Lamb’s right across the street. I called to discuss my concern and he says they aren’t like all the others…(obviously!!!) my fault for not reviewing their prices, and basically, Oh well! If there is a charge for something that most competitors do not charge for in the industry standards, I feel it is ethical to disclose this clearly. Unbelievable. Will never go back. Shame on them.

oh boy… What can I say…
I usually do not write a review but… I felt like I really wanted to write one for this place.
When I got there, I was helped immediately by David, who helped me and explained everything there I need to know about my car after checking my car thoroughly during I got my oil change done. He informed me that I need to replace the air filter and showed me the dirty old air filter and I was thankful for letting me know that.
From checking in to driving it out, it took me 20 – 25 mins. Enough said.

The most honest & informed lube shop in town. Owned by a former minister. They won’t upsell you just for the sake of making money, genuinely interested in informing about what’s best for your vehicle. And on top of that you get a free meal and car wash voucher with each oil change. They even donate a portion of the proceeds to a local charity of your choice. Top notch service!

Genuine lube & tube is the place to go for an oil change. I normally go to Walmart, but today I went to genuine lube and tube and it was a very good experience. They treated me with respect and they were so nice. They got the job done quickly, changed filters that I did not know my car had. The filters were nasty. They had never been changed and I’ve had my car for 4 years. I thought I was getting a good deal at Walmart, but Genuine lube and tube is so much better. I highly recommend them.
