Face to Face Spa at West 6th

It was my first visit to Face to Face Spa. It is conveniently located on W. 6^th. When you walk in you are nicely greeted and offered a drink. I was very nervous bc it was my first time getting a bikini wax. Linsey was my aesthetician. I told her how nervous I was and she even made me a mimosa! When we went in the room, she explained what she would be doing and told me how to put the waxing outfit on and how to sit etc. She immediately made me feel very comfortable. She came in and began waxing. As she was doing it, she explained what she was doing and we also had a casual conversation which was great, bc it took my mind off the waxing. She was quick! Before I knew it, she was done! I am very pleased with my results and look forward to going back for a Brazilian! I highly recommend Linsey!.. and face to face Spa! Bought a signature facial off of Groupon and had a fantastic experience with Ashley as my esthetician. She was knowledgable, professional, and fun to talk to. I ended up getting my first chemical peel with her as well and within a day my skin already looks so much better. They are not pushy about buying products, though I bought one anyway. The girl at the front desk was really friendly and offered me a drink– went with the mimosa– while I waited. I really enjoyed my afternoon here and will definitely be back!

I just got home from my first visit to this spa and had to post a review– because it was that good. I used to be a member at the Avery ranch location but stopped for a few reasons (detailed in my review on that page). However, I’ve tried three different places since then and no one comes close to Face to Face, so I decided to try a new location!
Ashley was my facialist… AND SHE WAS AMAZING. I felt like she really wanted to know my skin and goals and she was sooo knowledgeable and informative about what treatments and products to do without being pushy. I truly felt like I got a customized facial. She spent forever on the extraction part of the facial combing over every centimeter of my face and being so, so thorough. I even had a weird bump on my eyelid that she knew not only what it was, but got rid of it!
The location is convenient with tons of parking and the spa itself was gorgeous. I will be going back!

Great customer care. I switched from my other facial spa that was not cutting the mustard to this spa, Face 2 Face, and have been so pleased with them! I have been worked on by both Kelly and Renee. Both ladies took their time each visit. The receptionist is really nice. The specials they offer for you and your friends are great! I would recommend Face 2 Face to anybody, and since I am a member, I will keep going back.

I never get facials as I have always preferred massages. My face has been a wreck the past few months, so I decided it was time to get a facial. I scheduled the premium facial. I arrived and they were right on time. The ambiance is lovely and the rooms are wonderful. Haley was my gal and I will go back here and to her over and over. She treated my skin perfectly and my face hasn’t looked this great in almost a year! I let her do her thing since she is the pro and I’m glad I did. Great spot that will be a new favorite! (Sensitive, super dry, rosacea)

I have been a member at face to face spa for awhile and I love it so much! I have been to the Avery Ranch location and the West 6^th one and they’re both excellent but West 6^th is my favorite! They’re always great and so classy! They always ask if they can get you anything and complimentary chocolate bites are my favorite in the lobby. I love it and the progress on my face! Would highly recommend it’s relaxing and you definitely see results.

Had my first chemical peel in USA at this place. Only place that can take you in within 24 hours. I researched like anything before visiting Face to Face Spa at Westlake. I had to have a peel or facial to regain my face smoothness and lesser the acnes. It had been an year I visited my dermatologist in India. I wanted to have a one point place for my face skin. I think I have found it. Vanna was my consultant. she did a good job consulting and then peel. I bought few products from her-​face wash, remedy gel and spf. So far so good. Been 5 days 4 days now. Looking forward to next peel. Also, I have signed up for membership, though not sure how and when will I actually start benefitting from it. Lets see and hope for best. I totally recommend this place.

Despite having a crazy day, Kelly forced me into relaxation and I walked out not only in a better mood, but with a glowing complexion. She’s always been conscientious of what is best for my skin. Trust me, no matter what kind of day you’re having, go see Kelly!

I decided to get a facial at the last minute for my birthday, so I searched Unilocal for best facial and landed on Face to Face. Not only are they super close to where I live, but they had availability the very next day, which I wasn’t expecting for a seemingly popular spa. The receptionist Summer was so warm and inviting, and made me a cup of hot tea while I did my paperwork. Then I had a premium facial and chemical peel with Melissa and it was absolutely fabulous. The table was so warm and comfortable and Melissa really knew how to work her hands. It was my first facial and peel, so I was a little nervous at first but was quickly relaxed. I would definitely go back again!

Upon walking in the staff instantly made me feel like family and comfortable. I was offered a drink, paperwork was a breeze and the sitting area is adorable.
I booked the appointment 1 day in advance, I loved that it took less than 24 hours to get me in.
Lindsey was my girl — amazing customer service, super knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed. The pricing is extremely affordable and they didn’t try any pushy sales for products and miscellaneous items.
Overall — This place rocked! I will be back.

After doing a little research of places around Austin that do facials, I chose Face to Face Spa because of the great reviews and the Unilocal deal. This was the first facial I’ve ever had, and I really enjoyed it! The past few years of my life I’ve noticed that my pores were getting really bad, and I didn’t really know what to do about it — I was thrilled that there is something out there to fix that!
After parking in a reserved parking spot for Face to Face Spa, I walked in and enjoyed a mimosa while filling out paperwork. I was led into the room where my facial would be done and was asked to take off jewelry and top half clothing and put a little robe on. This is done so the esthetician can also moisturize your neck and chest easily. The rooms are beautifully decorated as well! Several products were put on my skin, along with very warm compresses.
I loved that I was able to talk to her about my skin and what is best for it. She could tell certain things from my past based on my skin and used certain products to help me specifically. I’m sure this facial is similar to those that other places would provide, however I love the atmosphere, I am most likely going to sign up for a membership because of the amazing discounts, and I’m excited to having healthier and cleaner skin!
I was impressed and excited with how clean my pores were once I got home! It definitely feels worth it — can’t wait to see what the services provide!

I’ve had a membership at Face to Face Spa for over a year now and I was thrilled to find out they were opening a new location downtown. The premium facial is well worth it’s value — I look forward to my appointment every month.
When I originally signed up for a membership, I had skin complications (both Rosacea and hormonal acne). I’ve worked with the same aesthetician, Melissa, since day one and have seen incredible results. She’s patient and thorough and always makes a point to discuss my needs as a client. I can’t possibly recommend her or this spa enough.

I was having a concerning post treatment reaction on my face (dryness) when using the product I purchased. I reached out to Face to Face and received a quick reply with information that put my mind at ease. I also found out they replace any product you buy with them within 14 days of the purchase. Bravo!

Visiting the new Face to Face Spa location on West 6^th after being prompted by a Unilocal promotion, I had some trepidation. I’m not one of those fancy ladies who spends a lot of time or money on «girly» stuff like cosmetics and skin care products. I also don’t devote much energy to pampering myself — I’m usually too busy taking care of business and other people for that! Would I be able to relax and feel like my treatment was time well spent?
My worries were soon put to rest when I entered the sunny storefront and was handed a mimosa — great way to start! My aesthetician (Melissa) greeted me shortly and led me to the quiet, calming, private treatment room. There we discussed my health history, current skin care regimen (minimal), and goals (slow the wrinkle assault and heal or hide the sun damage).
What followed after I changed into my fluffy spa wrap was the most thorough and effective facial I’ve ever experienced. No less than 8 different products & treatments were used to clean, moisturize, exfoliate, and brighten my skin. I loved how Melissa explained every step she performed and product she used, calling attention to the chemistry or other science behind it. I especially loved the steaming and microdermabrasion treatments, which I’d not experienced done exactly this way before. I left with the most youthful-​looking skin surface my face has seen in several years.
After my appointment, I received a thorough follow-​up email message with complete aftercare instructions and FAQs — loved this!
I was so pleased with the experience and the results, I went ahead and signed up for a premium membership, which provides $ 20 off each 60 minute facial & upper body massage, plus 3 free microdermabrasions, member pricing for all other services, and several other benefits. It’s past the time that I need to be taking better care of my skin and Face to Face provides the kind of expertise and customer care that makes me look forward to returning at least once per month to be pampered. Their membership program has none of those frustrating lock-​in provisions that make it a pain to cancel if you change your mind, so there’s really nothing to lose.
My next facial was with Linsey and she was just as wonderful as Melissa.
Like every spa I’ve ever visited (except those in Vegas hotels; they make their profits elsewhere), this one also promotes their high-​end skin care products (G.M. Collin, Jane Iredale, glo, Dr. Obagi’s ZO, etc.) during your checkout process. If you’re not interested, just decline — it’s no big deal! If you have trouble saying no to sales pitches, get ready for sticker shock, as these premium product lines are going to be 2 – 3 times as expensive as what you might find at Ulta or Sephora. I did purchase some Collin sunscreen and serum, as well as a glo pumpkin enzyme scrub and so far have been pleased with the results, although I may look for a lower price point on similar products elsewhere when these bottles are empty.
Because this is a new location, they are currently promoting via referrals, discount sites, and social media, so be sure to check out all the usual platforms in addition to Unilocal — you may find coupons and even free services for check-​ins and referrals.

Can I just say that I love this place? The staff is so friendly! Last Friday, I went in for a lip/​brow wax and was offered a complimentary glass of wine (which was super nice especially after the crazy week I had). The wax was super soft and didn’t snag like other places! Plus it was only $ 20!

I love this place. Great packages and incentives, for example the $ 69 per month facial package that comes with a lot of extras. Ive been here for 2 facials and 3 peels so far, the staff is friendly, thorough and considerate. Highly recommend for those on a budget who want high quality service.

I’ve been here twice and both times were fabulous! I’ve had a deluxe facial, chemical peel, and microdermabrasion done here. I’ve never been to a face spa but this opened my eyes! After my treatments my face was as soft and bright as ever! After the first visit I went back for their grand opening party and it was nice. They had free treatments, make up, booze, quality samples, good food, music, etc. I met the owner, she is a sweetheart! I was so impressed with their services I signed up for their monthly membership. They are so personable, they called me by my name and they were very informative since I know nothing about facials and all that jazzy stuff. They are very deserving of 5 stars!

This place is IT. They really made sure to account for everything. We are talking mimosas and chocolate before the fun even begins. The staff is friendly too! The estetitian I had was amazing and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the facial and always walked me through what was going on, in an effort to not startle me. I can guarantee this will not be my last trip.

Lovely space, close to home, free parking. What’s not to like? The newest Face to Face is the best one yet, with a serene environment. Wine and chocolate upon arrival? Why yes, thank you…
My facial was the premium? I think – at any rate, the one that costs $ 129. Worth every penny and my aesthetician Lindsey, was a doll. She was clearly a fan of her job and this conveyed in her positive and loving energy, right through her hands which clearly knew what they were doing and desired to give me the best experience ever. Honestly, best facial ever – I’m following Lindsey anywhere.
So why not 5 stars? Aside from (it’s almost impossible to get one from me) I noticed a couple of things that ruffled the feathers. Receptionist was pleasant and adorable, but there was a bit of hard sell after my facial. Maybe that won’t occur on visit 2, but it is something I noticed at the Avery Ranch location (and it kept me from returning – take note, management.)
Also, the business card in my treatment room had the owners’ name on it. I felt offended and would have greatly preferred a card from the lady who delivered my service.
All in all, a great experience and one I’d recommend.

Luxurious. Ah yes, that’s the word. And it is exactly how I felt prior to, during and after my premium facial. As soon as you enter, the place smells amazing. The décor is tasteful and high fashion. You are offered beverages and I instantly accepted a refreshing mimosa. Amy at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. Lindsey my esthetician was very sweet and knowledgeable. She definitely made me feel pampered, answering all my questions while giving me individualized care. The facial itself included a series of delicious smelling products applied to your face, steam, exfoliating treatments, an upper body massage and skin calming. The facial was catered to my skin type and addressed any concerns I had with regards to my skin.
I felt like royalty here :)
