If you want your wedding done right, the ladies at CLINK are the ones to do it! Gina went above and beyond in every capacity with my wedding. From helping me hand select the linens, to overseeing every little detail of the set-​up. It was literally picture perfect, and her design since is exquisite! Plus she is fun and sassy and a blast to have by your side for the day! Denise is also incredible, and has an amazing get-​it-​done attitude that makes your feel special and taken care of. Not one single detail was forgotten at my wedding, and I can’t put into words how highly I would recommend CLINK to anyone planning a wedding!

I thought they were great, but they were rude to a few family members (when a table was only set for 8 and should’ve been 10) and to my husband’s brother and dad. I heard a few complaints about them, Denise specifically (which was annoying after spending $ 6k). Sort of put a damper on the post-​wedding excitement.

I am a wedding photographer and can not tell you how much it helps to have a planner! So when the day came for me to be on the other side of the camera I knew the ladies at CLINK were the right ones for me! They were patient and listened to all my ideas and just went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Our wedding day was stress free and the most wonderful and beautiful day of our lives! I know I have these ladies to thank for it! From talking me down from the fear of rain to just being there to listen! I love these girls! Thank you ladies for helping making our dream day come true! My wedding day did not go exactly as I had pictured in my mind since childhood. My mother unexpectedly passed away a few months after we got engaged and my father was put in the hospital 3 days before our wedding and missed the whole weekend. There is no way I could have made it through the planning process and the actual day, if it hadn’t been for Denise, Gina and Jessica. Despite the circumstances, they kept me on track and focused, all the while trying to make this an enjoyable and exciting time for me, as it should be for any bride. I always felt they had my absolute best interest at heart and looked out for me at every turn while I just sat back and watched the magic happen. I had as much or as little input as I wanted or could bare at some points and I constantly felt supported in my choices.
Their vendor recommendations and design ideas were fantastic and opened my eyes to so many different options and there is no amount of money that is worth the peace of mind and relaxation that comes with having these ladies there on the actual day of your wedding. Apparently a few minor things went wrong, like my groom not having a shirt, but I never knew a thing and everything turned out more beautiful than I imagined.
I know my situation was a little different than the average bride, but these ladies went above and beyond, and there is no way the amazing, beautiful, so very personal and touching wedding we had would have been possible with out them. When they found out we drove the 6 hours from Austin to my Dad’s hospital room to get married by a JP 2 days before our actual planned wedding, they took a picture I sent them of my dad and me from the JP ceremony and put it in a frame for us, along with the mixings for my favorite cocktail and several other relaxing goodies in a bag and had it waiting in our hotel room. Where else can you get personal service like that where you feel like these women actually care about you and your mental well being? I can’t say enough good things about Clink, big or small– whatever event I have in my life that requires more planning than I feel I can handle or if I just want it to turn out absolutely perfect, these ladies are where I will turn to.

Jamie at Clink helped us plan our wedding at Laguna Gloria in September of 2010. We got married in the amphitheater and held the reception (for 200+ guests) outside behind the museum. Jamie works at Laguna Gloria frequently and knows everything about this venue. We found Jamie to be patient, very attentive, and detail-​oriented. She responded to emails and phone calls promptly. She worked with us on fitting Clink into our budget, although Clink has set prices for all of their services, so there isn’t a lot of wiggle room there. Jamie provided us with tons of guidance as far as choosing vendors and making decisions. She made the most precise time line I have ever seen for the weekend of the wedding! Absolutely every detail was covered. She kept in touch with our wedding party regarding this time line and their responsibilities related to the wedding. Jamie is sweet and soft spoken, but she can still run a big wedding. do not be fooled! Everything ran so smoothly. She was extremely attentive to my husband and I and our families the day of the wedding. We did not hire Jamie to help us with the rehearsal dinner, but she still spent time discussing it with us. I don’t know what we would have done without Jamie. planning a wedding is stressful not matter what, but she relieved us a lot of the planning stress and ALL of the day of stress. Thank you, Jamie!

Since writing the review I looked over our wedding photos and received a ton of compliments from the guests so I thought it was only appropriate that I give a little more love to CLINK for just how wonderful the day was and a fiew more specifics.
Because I couldn’t afford to have a table mock up with flowers done before the wedding, I was extremely nervous about this element even though Gina assured me that it would look great. The flowers turned out even better than I could have hoped thanks to her eye and the great vendor they found me. Stunning!
One of the things I think CLINK does really well is meshing your various «visions» with your budget and the right vendors. I don’t think they just thow the same vendors at brides over and over and that they really think about what personalities and styles will go with each bride.
They also did an outstanding job coordinating between my vision/​requests and the venue. My previously fired planner had sold me on the venue based on certain possibilities, none of which the venue had actually agreed to and most which were actually against their policies. However the CLINK ladies worked their butts off to explain and negotiate the issues with the venue owner and everything worked out great.
Finally, because of circumstances completely out of CLINK’s control, our DJ bailed less than a week before the wedding. You’d think being the control freak I am I would be panicked but when I saw the email from the DJ, I actually just laughed and told my husband that I didn’t care because the CLINK girls would figure it out. And they did. In under 24 hours. And he was awesome and we got tons of comments specifically about what a great job the DJ dad. Amazing!
CLINK is just hands down the best you can possibly ask for in the Austin area. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere, especially if you are a controlling stressed out bride. They can handle you. They can handle anything. Trust me!

Claire saved my wedding. If it wasn’t for her, I shudder to think of how much my venue would of totally screwed me over. Her organization, constant communication, professionalism, and occasional ball-​busting is top-​notch and worth every penny! Gina was also my wedding designer and was also fantastic to work with. She is a design genius!!!
If youre from out-​of-​town and doing a big budget wedding, you can’t plan a big even without these ladies! Infinite stars!!!

I participated recently in a beautiful wedding managed by Clink Events. Suzanne Verde, the principal wedding coordinator, was incredibly professional, organizied, and efficient. From my perspective, every event of the wedding occurred exactly at the correct time and without incident.
I can highly recommend Clink Events for any wedding or social event.

We were just married in Austin with the help of Clink Weddings. We knew we needed help because we live in San Francisco and organizing an event like this is stressful enough without having to worry about being so far away.
We enlisted the help of Gina and she was wonderful from day one. She supported us and guided us in every decision and knew when things weren’t quite right. She also stepped in on several occasions to relieve our anxieties and assure us that we’d made the right decision.
Gina has great taste when it comes to decorations and details so we ended up with a wedding that looked amazing and was absolutely perfect. We expected that something could go wrong and were prepared but nothing ever did (or if it did we never found out). And that’s how the biggest day of your life should be. Picture perfect!
On top of that, Gina stepped in and made the day more touching when a close friend died only days before the wedding. She gave the entire wedding party ribbons in his memory and the gesture nearly brought me to tears. That isn’t something you can plan and Gina’s thoughtfulness is something I’ll never forget.

I must admit, I normally am skeptical about turning over the reigns of one of the most important days of your life to a complete stranger. But once you meet Gina you can understand why it’s ok — she totally wins your trust with her friendly and details oriented philosophy.
My best friend just got married in Texas. Gina was there every step of the way helping out the bride and groom, as well as throwing a much needed bone to me his first-​time best man, and all the groomsmen and bridesmaids.
Gina even helped us with shipping gifts back to California after the wedding. She was the magic oil that kept everything humming smoothly. It was the most fantastic wedding I’d ever been to, and I’m sure it wouldn’t have seemed so easy and enjoyable without her help.
My one negative criticism of her is that she didn’t come out to drinks with us after the wedding. It would have been fun to see her party! Such a professional!

When our original wedding/​reception venue went bankrupt and made off with our deposit check with only four months notice prior to our wedding date, we realized we needed professional help, and fast!
Enter Laura Wilson from Clink Events. After leaving her a panicky voicemail two days after Christmas, (about two hours after I received the email notification from bankrupt venue. Happy Holidays!), Laura got back to me that day to let me know she was available and ready to hit the ground running.
Needless to say, trying to find a desirable venue for an April wedding only four months out can be a serious challenge (and we were NOT ready to call it a day and book the ballroom at the Embassy Suites). Laura was tireless in her efforts to find us a venue that didn’t feel like a compromise and that really suited us as a couple.
Suffice it to say that Laura found us a spectacular venue (Le San Michele, in Buda) as well as managing all the details of the wedding day, from finding us the best florist to a last-​minute tent rental (we hadn’t planned for frigid temperatures in mid-​April!).
I’d absolutely recommend Laura, or any other «Clinker», for any wedding or event.
