Great discovery the other day. This is an traditional, old fashioned barbershop. Nothing fancy but it’s exactly how a barbershop is supposed to look like.
Right away I was greeted by the friendly barber, Naji. He is very personable, laid back, and easy to talk to. He makes it a point to get on first name basis and build a personal relationship with each of his customers.
The haircut was fast and well done. My hair is not the easiest to cut, due to the odd way it grows. Naji had no problem doing it right with only few words from me. It was done way before I had expected time wise with only minor adjustments needed.
Overall great experience, I’ll be going back here again. I will note that this place can be hard to find. The shop blends in with the rest of the building, but I assure you it’s there as addressed so keep looking!

Great place for a nice haircut at an affordable price in a nice area. I have done friends who venture into bad neighborhoods for a cheap basic haircuts, but this is a much better option!
I really like the owner here, who is airways pleasant to chat with. He’s more of the old school scissors type (not primarily clippers), and does a great job.
Only drawback is that this place is pretty popular and there is usually a wait unless you come first thing in the morning (the owner is the only barber).
Would highly recommend it!

I’m a guy. I want my hair to look good, but as long as it passes the «good» test I don’t really care how it gets there. That’s where Naji comes in. Great haircuts done at a very reasonably price. They’re hard to find these days!

Naji gave me a great cut, and listened to what I wanted. I even brought a couple photos on my iPad, and voila, he did it. He has a good Sat TV selection and will change to whatever the group wants. We even caught part of an episode of Tom and Jerry.

Great haircut for a great price. He should have a an old school barber pole outside because this is what it is. No BS, just an excellent haircut with some good conversation and some sports on the TV. I’ll be back.
