As a Certified Rolfer, I specialize in helping people get rid of pain. My work is effective because I don’t just treat the symptoms; I look for and treat the source of your discomfort.

Rolfing® is a powerful system of hands-​on therapy that reduces and/​or eliminates pain both acute and chronic. it improves your overall posture/​alignment as well as helps you move with greater ease and strength in both your everyday life and your activities.

My job is to undue all of the compensation patterns that get built up over the years from trauma, overuse & abuse. I work with all of the tissues of the body including inflamed nerves, arteries, muscles, ligaments, tendons, organ adhesions, etc.

History

Established in 2009.

I became a Certified Rolfer because it helped me regain the use of my right arm. Six years ago I shattered my right elbow. For years after the resulting surgery I tried many other types of therapy to help regain the use of my arm to no avail. My arm was in pain at all times and as such I stopped using it. A friend recommended Rolfing to me and after a series of sessions I regained full use of my right arm and I no longer have any pain.

After experiencing first-​hand how effective the work can be I decided that I wanted to try and help others experience the same results.

I am Certified by the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I live in Austin, Texas with my wife and love it here. When I’m not in my office, I can be found out hiking with my wife, playing soccer, working out both indoors and out, enjoying some yummy food, or reading books.
