The associates are useless. I love my AT&T service, but they really need to raise the bar on who they hire. Every time I come into the store the associates pretend to look busy and stare into their tablets. Every question I ask they tell me the answers are on the website and don’t even offer to help.
If I sound like a naggy unsatisfied customer it’s because I am. If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would.

By far the very best AT&T store I have ever visited and even travel across town to come here instead of the store right by my house.
If you are in Austin and need help, look up Adrian and if you need to meet with a manager, Theo is the man!
