I’ve had them fix flats, change rims, and bought a new spare. They’re fast and efficient. It beats going to a chain where you have to wait all day and deal with some guber in a uniform.

Needed tires in a pinch. These guys sold me what they said were good tires but ended up being incorrectly sized and dangerous on my truck. They refused to take them back for any amount of refund.

I am very disstatisfied with Austin Quality Tires. They took over three weeks to get custom wheels. They ordered the wrong ones and when got right ones they couldn’t get them to balance, so the stiring wheel still shakes at around 60 mph.

I’ve only had them fix flats, never any big purchases. They’ve done the job right every time I’ve been there, probably 5 or 6 times now. Pretty quick too. There’s no big fluorescent waiting room but a they do have a picnic bench under nice big old tree to wait in the shade. Reasonable price, just wish I spoke Spanish.
