Ok Austin is crazy building and finding contractors and workers has been difficult. I found Christian thru Unilocal initially. He called before coming at our agreed time and had a van with every conceivable part. No running to the store for this guy. Hey was polite fast and professional. Emailed receipt and boom was done. I wish all my the people I’ve used for this remodel were this good!

Without a doubt Christian is the best plumber I’ve ever had! Every time we’ve had an issue his response has been prompt and he’s taken care of the problem. Today he fixed what I thought was a slab leak and did it for a fraction of the cost I thought it would be. Whether it’s a problem with our well or an indoor plumbing problem, Christian has the knowledge and expertise to get to the root of the matter and fix it quickly and efficiently. And on top of that he’s a great guy! He’s got my business as long as I’m still in the Dripping Springs area. You won’t go wrong with Adept plumbing.

Christian returned my call promptly this morning after we discovered low hot water pressure throughout the house. Although he was on his way to another call he was able to talk me through some basic troubleshooting of our hot water heater. I was able to restore the water pressure and get back to work in under an hour.
Highly recommended due to his extremely helpful and professional attitude. Will call him again next time we require plumbing expertise.

I called Adept plumbing about a leaking hose bib (outside water faucet). Christian showed up and quickly identified the problem. He had the parts and quoted me a reasonable price before doing any work.
I decided to have Christian replace all 4 of my outside water faucets and he was able to complete the job in under an hour.
Highly recommended plumber and I will most likely be calling him again for future plumbing repairs.

Had a crack in a toilet tank that leaked water into my bathroom floor. Called Christian at Adept and he came out the same day and took care of everything. This guy is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even showed me some tips on how to do things myself. I would highly recommend Christian for any of your plumbing needs no matter how big or small. Thanks Christian!

I called on Monday to make sure the email I’d sent via his website on Sunday got through. He said «I don’t know, I don’t check my email unless someone calls me and tells me they sent me an email.» I told him we needed a bid on a sewer line replacement (which is listed on his website) and he said he doesn’t do that anymore. When I asked if he had anyone he’s recommend, he told me a phone number. I guess I could have asked for the name of the business he was recommending so there would be some clarity, but I gave up at that point.

Christian is great! My kitchen sink was leaking water all over the floor and the cupboard below. He helped me fix my sink over the phone at 9:30pm! It turned out that he could help me to repair it with just a picture of the sink and a phone call. Overall, really nice guy who just wants to help you get your sink fixed as quick as possible and save you money.

Christian is great. We had a clogged plumbing line — discovered on a Sunday. Based on Unilocal reviews, my wife called and left a message. Christian called back in the evening and said he would be at our home the next morning. He was actually a few minutes early. He diagnosed the situation — had to bring his snake machine, remove a toilet and proceeded to unclog. He repaired the toilet mount that I had broken by over tightening — don’t do that — use shims to stop the rocking. He cleaned up and gave us some good advice on how to do some preventative steps to prevent a recurrence in our 30+ year old house. Found a plumber. Could not recommend someone higher.

I was having trouble getting a plumber that was recommended to me to return my calls, so I did a little research and found Adept Plumbing. Boy am I glad I did. Not only did Christian the owner return my call, but he actually came to my house the same day and fixed my leaky tub and faucet! He has all his supplies with him and he was fast and friendly, and even gave me pointers on how to preserve the life of the repair he did. As if this wasn’t enough, the price was fair and I’m happy to say I found a new plumber!

At 5:00 PM at my business, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We only have one bathroom and patients and staff need to clearly have access to a working restroom. In a panic, I began trying to phone businesses from Unilocal to try to get a plumber out to fix the issue prior to my first patient today. I must have called 15 places and left messages. Thankfully, Christian called me back and was able to fit me in first thing this morning before his other jobs.
He was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, fixed the issue. He was also very informative, explaining everything (he had to access the drain line also). Totally recommend him and will be using him in the future in the event that I ever have any plumbing issues!

Christian was my hero yesterday! He came by to help me with a clogged sink, a dripping sink, replaced my kitchen faucet AND replaced the garbage disposal. All of this within an hour!!! Even though he was hustling to get all of this done for me, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me tips for how I can do some preventive maintenance on my own. I highly recommend!

Christian is smart and skilled; helpful and courteous. He did a fine job for me, as he has in the past. I recommend him highly.

My hot water heater started leaking badly and after going ’round and ’round with my home warranty company’s «plumbers» I gave Christian a call. The other guys either wouldn’t call me back, didn’t want to come way out to Dripping, or saw where the water heater was located and decided it was too much work.
I left a message for Christian and he called me back within a few hours. We probably discussed the issue for 15 – 20 minutes. He wanted to make sure I had properly shutdown the heater to avoid any water damage. He gave me a ballpark price, then later that evening e-​mailed me a quote. The quote was a little more after he sourced the replacement, but he made sure to fully explain why. I was cool with it.
He promised to be able to fit me the next afternoon. Awesome. He contacted me when he was on his way. He arrived with the new heater and the two of us were able to strong-​arm the old one out and the new one in. I’m glad he was cool letting me assist instead of paying for a 2^nd guy — this was definitely a two-​man job.
The price was exactly what I had agreed too. This guy works hard and values his customers. If I need a pro plumber again, I’m calling Christian.

Truly a no fuss transaction. The day I called, he was able to swing by between jobs, assess the situation, tell me what parts to order and to get them under warranty through Kohler and Delta’s customer warranty programs (NO COST!!). He didn’t charge me for the assessment! When the parts came in, Christian was out within 1 day and did the repairs. I find his prices very reasonable and his ability to ensure the parts are to me from the dealer saved me about $ 200. Loved that he wanted to get job done quickly and well.

We are extremely pleased with Christian at Adept Plumbing. Very competent, trustworthy, no BS service, and very reasonable prices. Arrived promptly. Had all the parts that were needed in the truck, and the prices for those parts were at or below Home Depot. Explained everything that was needed in clear terms and fixed everything well. Can’t ask for more.
Definitely will use Christian’s services in the future. Highly recommend.

Very nice, quick, and was able to work me in the same day. He also gave me tips on how to make my new garbage disposal last longer. He even took out my trash on his way out.

Christian is readily available, practical, and honest. Several phone calls to several plumbing services, left me feeling vague and unsure of what I should do. Christian was up front, prompt, thorough, and very informative. Extremely fair prices. He has become my goto guy and I will be recommending him to others.

Ugh… didn’t pass my propane inspection. I needed someone immediately so the propane technician could come back and reinspect the same day. Christian got me in for an appointment 3 hours later. He called me approximately one hour before my appointment and told me he was running about 45 minutes late. I TOTALLY appreciated that! He came when he said he would. Fixed my problem quickly. I felt the price was extremely fair — especially coming at such short notice. I highly recommend him and wold definitely call for his services again without hesitation!

Christian called me back with 15 minutes of me leaving a message about my clogged toilet and was over at my house an hour and a half after that. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and really wanted to show me how everything worked. He gave me options and didn’t push the upsell. His visit lasted about a half hour total.
I had a hard time understanding some of what he said, but overall he was very charming. I wish I had known that he doesn’t take credit or debit cards before I called him though, as I don’t have checks or keep that much cash on hand. I would call him again or recommend him to a friend.

Christian saved my Thanksgiving!!!
My kitchen sink backed up the day before Thanksgiving. Of course, I was cooking for both my family & my boyfriend’s family. So I needed a working kitchen sink fast. In a panic, I called 10 plumbing companies that either weren’t working that day or couldn’t send anyone out to help me before I finally called Adept Plumbing.
Christian worked me into his schedule and came out the same day — the day before Thanksgiving! He figured out the problem, installed a new disposal & taught me how to use it properly so I wouldn’t have problems in the future. I had lots of questions, & he genuinely didn’t mind that I was watching & learning over his shoulder. I really appreciate the level of customer service that he provided. I won’t be calling 10 other plumbers when I have a plumbing problem in the future — I’ll just be calling Adept Plumbing.
