Wow, these jokers came out to fix a simple leak in my kitchen trap. After $ 60.00 dollars they assured me the leak was fixed. After a quick inspection I thanked them and sent them on their way. Two days later water appeared again under the trap. They came out to inspect and reported back that the valve for the cold water needed to be replaced-​never had a problem with it before, however, in their defense the house is over thirty years old and perhaps when they were working they knocked it ajar. However, they charged me another $ 100 dollars. Days after they left the same leak at the same spot occurred under the trap. I called their office and was told if it’s a new leak then they would have to charge me. I told the receptionist that it is the same leak that was never fixed right to begin with. She became very defensive and tried to suggest it was my fault I didn’t call immediately and stated they did the work over a month ago when in fact it had been only two weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBER.
