Terrible company. Don’t pay their employees. Don’t pull permits ghetto rigged and drop calls left and right so Marcus the owner can play golf. Fired an employee and a week and a half later still won’t pay the person. I’ve watched this company from a glance, trying to see what they are about but I see nothing but negative terrible service. Call a better company! Also nothing is up to code and they rip off customers. Definitely reporting to better business bereau. Criminal company!

We called this company and had a guy come out to come take a look at our drains and main line and they wanted to charge us a fortune. The total was outrageous so we called Garvin’s and they charged us 165.00 for everything when Umbrella wanted to charge us almost five times this.

Marcus and Bryson did an exceptional job in installing my sink and Garbage disposal. They came reccommended by friends and after the job was completed it is easy to see why. Besides installing it quickly and easily, Marcus also educated me on the process of how the plumbing works so if I had future issues I could recongize it. Umbrella plumbing will be my first choice in the future for all their plumbing needs.

I booked a date and they said they would have to give me a time of 2 – 5 and I said I can’t sit out front of a home that’s not mine yet just waiting. Then I changed time due to realtor to the next day at 3pm. I got a call at 2:08pm and lady left a message saying guy would be there at 3 and no need to contact unless I had a question. I get to the home we are buying at 2:30pm and realtor and electrical guy get there at 3 and 3:15. Around 3:20 I noticed I had a missed call and lady informs me guy left because he waited from 2:50 till 3:10 and no one was there. I said well he went to wearing address then. So she then informs me he could be back out at 5. So 4:30 rolls around and now she says it’s going to be at least another hour. My realtor n I decide it’s just getting to be to much so we set for next day at 1−2pm show up time. Crazy! Well I just cancelled them all together! I got someone else!

Marcus and Marcus were fantastic when it came to fixing a gas leak at my home in Mayfair. I called a few companies and not only did they give me the best estimate, they were able to fit me into their packed schedule earlier than the other companies I called. They worked with the city to get my gas turned back on, and the owner (Marcus) even came back afterwards to test and air out the basement where the leaks occurred.
I was so impressed that I called them a couple weeks later for a second job. We scheduled a week out. This time, I didn’t follow up to confirm the appointment. The scheduled day of the appointment came and went without hearing from Marcus. This is he only reason I’m rating them a 4 instead of 5.
I’d recommend Umbrella Plumbing for their friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service. Love that they support breast cancer awareness, too!

Two plumbing companies, one job — check the gas line and turn the gas back on at our rental property, where there was a fire. AAA Services charges $ 49.95 to come out and assess the situation. They say it’ll take 3 days and cost $ 1500 to get the gas back on. Umbrella Plumbing assesses the situation over the phone and estimates it’ll cost $ 181 to get the gas back on. They come today, find no problems with the gas line, and get the gas back on. They charge $ 181. That’s MORE THAN 8 TIMES LESS than AAA Services quoted me. GO UMBRELLA PLUMBING! They were awesome.
The other guys? Not so much.

These guys rock. Period.
