High-Voltage Vapes

Bought a mod online, & the mod wouldn’t keep a charge. Spoke to someone on the phone & she assured they’d look at it & make sure they’d replace it or exchange it. Took it in & the manager didn’t even test it. Just said since it has been used he couldn’t do anything for me. I’ve done so much business here but I won’t be returning or referring anyone. This mod isn’t even a week old! Shop elsewhere. The customer service here is horrible.

I recently started vaping again a few weeks ago, so I’m somewhat new to the vaping world. But I do know a few lines of premium juice that I was looking for, (from tasting friends and what not). I called a ton of other stores looking for the Suicide Bunnies, Cuttwood, and the Beard line. When I called here they said they had a lot of premium juices, which was a total shocker to me because vape shops are so hit or miss with premium juices.
This place is actually right behind my house, which makes it even more convenient!
When I got there the two guys (I totally forgot their names I’m awful with names lol!) helped me out. They started getting lots of flavors down that I wanted to try out and were super friendly and informative.
The mod I had wasn’t giving me the cloud size that I wanted so he helped me and talked me through each mod and what each mod does and was super detailed. They let me try out each mod to see which one hit the way I wanted.
I ended up purchasing a couple suicide bunnies juices, the unicorn milk Cuttwood juice, and a SUPER yummy juice from this new line they just got in called Slamberry by cosmic Charlie’s! I also fell in love with the Jellyfish box mod by lotus, so I got the purple one of that.
I really like their rewards program too. SUPER stoked that I found this awesome place, WONDERFUL customer service, the biggest premium juice section I’ve EVER seen, lots of variety and colors of different mods and what not, & prime location! You really can’t go wrong with getting your vape supplies here!

Im honestly shocked by the bad reviews. This place is great. Every time they go in they have new things to check out, the prices are great, the staff is patient and helpful and they have a pretty good selection of juice.
I have already been a repeat customer and will continue.

I’ve been in here a couple times and have been really disappointed in there service. I tried out there flavors and found a couple I liked, they mixed’em and when I got home to add to my to a new tank with new coil the flavors were horrible. The fruit punch tasted like wine and there house blend HVV tasted like old lady perfume and had the nasty smell to go with it and 17 bucks down the drain. I called and talked to Bridget and she said they couldn’t do anything thing. She said all they’re juice is pre-​mixed in Oklahoma city, REALLY? This was the third time I was in and just REALLY a horrible experience. The manager that was working at 530pm on Oct 26, 14 was condescending and argued that I had to much nicotine and it changes the flavor. Not much change from 0nic to 12nic to cause nasty tastes. From here on out I will only by my juice online or from E-​cig of Denver. At least at E-​cig of Denver they will let you return a juice if your not happy with it. This was the final straw of trying to give these people the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN!

Lol wow really? I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! My boyfriend and I come in here probably once a week and we love all the products we’ve bought and the people working here are extremely knowledgable. I think it’s cool they opened up a new store by southlands and I plan on checking it out today, I think great businesses should definitely expand and there’s been times when I’m working in lakewood and drive all the way to aurora just because their selection is so good. Oh, and deals?! I get text deals all the time for a free e-​juice all the time! This place is awesome and you’re truly missing out if you don’t give this place a chance!

I have been to multiple vape shops and this is by far the worst. The staff doesn’t seem to care to help me. They just seem like they wanted to get me in and out as fat as possible. I am not a nicotine user and I was very disappointed that the testers had nicotine in them so I couldn’t try the flavors. I didn’t like that you could see into their juice room where they made the juice out the fact that they didn’t wear gloves, which is a huge hazard as some people have nicotine allergies. They also told me that I couldn’t buy a specific drip tip because it wouldn’t fit my tank even though I found it somewhere else and it fit just fine. Over all it was a terrible experience and I would not go back.

I’ve been there a few times, and the owner is always very helpful. Plus, I haven’t found a place that beats the prices.

I was skeptical, but stopped in here to support local business… Boy, I should have listened to the other reviewer! I swung by after leaving Vapor Lake, which is only a few blocks away, and I’m sorry that I did. Prices are high and customer service is bad. I gave Vapor Lake 5 stars, and they are SO close, I don’t know why anyone would choose High-​Voltage Vapes of the two.
I bought a tank the day I was in, but was also in the market for a new battery mod. At the time I went in, the Innokin iTaste vv/​vw was on sale, and priced fairly competitively. I decided that I wanted it, but had to wait on a paycheck. I ended up calling a few days later, and was informed that they were expecting a new shipment. I gave my name and number to be notified when it came in, and so that they could hold a specific color for me. Well over a week later no one called. I went in for a second time and they were there. Wonder where my name and number went?!
So I had an issue with my tank, the plastic etched, and was gunked up. I’ve done my research, and did not use citrus or cinnamon/​hot e-​juice. I also tried to troubleshoot this issue on my own before going back in. When I brought the tank in (about a week after purchase), I was told nothing could be done, even though I was careful not to put certain flavors in, because I didn’t use their e-​liquid, and it wasn’t within the «48 hour window», I was just S.O.L. So now I’m out $ 15, and if I keep using the damaged tank might be ingesting plastic/​chemicals from that?! If I could have applied the cost of the tank, as credit, toward a new tank in the store, at least I’d have something to use. I can’t use High-​Voltage e-​juice because of the PG in it; I need to use 100% VG. If someone would have told me, or it would have been posted upfront that I needed to use their brand with any tanks purchased, I would have just walked out the door.
I’m so disappointed in this place because I do want to help support local business –it’s why I stopped in right after I left Vapor Lake. The attitude taken of «not our problem anymore» after you purchase is not something I will be back for more of. Seriously, if you are looking for a vape shop in Aurora, Vapor Lake is the way to go. They have the MOST amazing customer service (detailed in my review for them). save yourself the headache and $!

I do have to drop a star, I won’t be back. I wish them success and luck, but there are just too many better options in the Denver metro area.
