Carlson’s Custom Interiors

This is the second time I have used Carlson’s Custom Interiors and they are on my list for any future moving needs. Jessica was quick to get me a quote and to schedule the move. Jon, Josh, and James were very professional, friendly, and worked non-​stop. We needed things moved to different places and it was all accomplished flawlessly. I have shared this company with my realtor and will share with friends who need a moving service… thank you!

Josh and Jon did a great job loading our moving truck. They were on time and packed the truck tightly. I would highly recommend them.

The crew at CARLSON was by far the best crew I’ve ever used. They were efficient, friendly and accommodating, from the first call getting quotes to the very end, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If the crew at CARLSON reads this, THANK YOU!!!

These folks were nothing short of amazing. I called and was able to get a quote over the phone, without having to take time off of work to meet someone at the house. The final cost was very close to the quote. (Jessica was nice enough to call me on a Sunday to get me the information I needed.) The movers arrived on time and called to let me know that they would be on time. They barely stopped for breaks (I was actually getting worried about them). I had A LOT of stuff for them to load, and they were very good at loading it. They were personable and helpful and made me feel at ease. They were incredibly fair on travel time, etc. and did not try to nickel and dime me. The guys at my house had a system for how to get things done, and it worked very well. They put together both beds that I had moved, after asking exactly where I wanted them. They offered to help me rearrange the extra stuff in my new garage. Not all of my items fit into the giant truck they brought so they offered to cut me a deal on travel time to go back for another trip. (They had moved all the extra stuff into the garage at the old house for me to make it easier to move the remaining items.) I cannot recommend these folks enough. They were respectful, kind and funny throughout the entire process, from quote to delivery. If I move again, I will hire them again without hesitation.

Set up a move for this morning — the team of movers called me around 8:45 to let me know they were on time and showed up within the half hour. My place was packed up and cleared out within 40 minutes and the whole job (move from lodo to lakewood) took about 2 hours. Items moved: Full sized bed/​box frame, dresser, night stand, end table, 2 couches, coffee table, 2 barstools and a half dozen boxes/​bins. Would definitely recommend for a local move.

Carlson Custom Interiors is fantastic! I would definitely recommend this small local moving company. They are far better than any other moving companies I had ever delt with in the past. They were prompt on showing up on time, they immediately got started, they didn’t even stop for breaks, and they were in constant communication through the entire process. Last minute, When I was looking for movers for the very next day to help me move heavy things, they immediately got back to me via email with a phone number to call them any time. It was very late and I called them expecting to leave a message and to my surprise they answered my phone call and we set up an appointment for the next day. They helped us move in a bad snow storm and they did a great job covering my items with lots of their blankets so my things didn’t get ruined or delicate items wouldn’t get broken in the snow storm. They overcame the challenge of 2 houses with small or awkward door entries with big items. Nothing was ever broken or ruined. They defently know what they are doing and are very professional. Because of the snow and because I wasn’t ready to move my freezer in my house just yet, I had plans on leaving the freezer outside and covering my tall freezer with tarps myself and they surprised me and covered my freezer for me before I ever had a chance to do so. That was very thoughtful and awesome of them. They are a friendly and respectful and fun crew. Very strong men! They went above and beyond for me including taking down a huge heavy wire shelving which is ment to take down and put back together, moving a old couch out so my new couches can come in, and shoveling my walk way with my husband. Now that’s great customer service! Considering a bad snow storm was happening during this move they did a fenominal job and got the job done quickly within 3 hours. They are also very affordable and slightly cheaper per hour than the other big companies. I couldn’t thank them enough for their help and if I ever move again, I will definitely hire Carlson Custom Interiors again! I recommend that you don’t look for any other company to help you move just hire Carlson Custom Interiors! They are fantastic!
