This company has poor customer service, I would give it no stars if I could. It wasn’t my choice to have them deliver my fitness equipment, they are contracted with a nationwide company. Not only were they 2.5 hrs past our delivery window of 1pm to 5 pm the day before Thanksgiving, I received no call stated hey we’re going to be late and that its company policy to not call and inform their customers. What load of crap. They were also supposed to assemble the equipment (we paid extra to have this done). They were told they couldn’t do the assembly because they were running late. I’ve called the company to complain but had to leave a message with no response this fair. Horrible horrible company and customer service.

I have used A Alliance to move from my apartment to my town home and then again from my town home to my house.
A Alliance also moved my last company from Golden to downtown Denver and my current company from one office to another. They bid against other companies and were the lowest bidder.
I/​we have had nothing but stellar service from them. Great price, on time, reliable, and careful.

If I could give less than 1 star on this rating, I would do so. This company has no respect for their customers — none. Do yourself a favor and find another company to spend your hard-​earned money with. Not only do they not care about your business, they also have the worst customer service I have encountered. They don’t show up when they say they will, when they do their staff is rude. When I called Rob, the manager, regarding my concerns with their service, he could have cared less. Save yourself the time and the frustration — go with a reliable company that actual wants to do their jobs.
