I spent months looking for the perfect buffet for my kitchen. The problem was that it didn’t exist ready-​made. Once I checked out Broyhill Home Collections and had Sylvia help me plan a custom buffet, I discovered perfection. She helped me order the exact size, style, and finish. The ETA was out six to eight weeks. But my buffet was delivered in a month. It is gorgeous and is everything I’d hoped it would be. They were delightful to deal with, and this was the best furniture buying experience ever!

I went to many furniture stores looking for a sectional sofa. The atmosphere in the other furniture stores was very aggressive and uncomfortable for me. Walking into Broyhill was a much different experience for me. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable yet made me feel comfortable and not overpowered with their salesmanship. I found the sectional that I wanted and they helped me pick the fabrics. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. They have an amazing selection of furniture in their store. I would highly recommend checking them out in Southlands Mall.

I spent nearly 2 months searching for a living room set. It had to be the right dimensions, the right color, style, price. You know the drill. Sylvia at Broyhill helped me do exactly that. She was great with helping me choose fabrics and pillows. When Broyhill started making noises about late delivery, she made sure the furniture came on time. I would definitely look there first when I need new furniture.

We were in the store for several minutes. Does anyone work in the store? Who knows. How do you stay in business if you can’t even bother to greet guests. We could have been in to buy furniture for an entire house, too bad you may have lost out on one very big sale.

I bet the couches are great! I wouldn’t really know though. Mine still hasn’t been delivered after 3 months. I ordered a sectional, no special chairs or anything to go with it, just a 2-​piece sectional. I was told it would take about 8 weeks. The estimate given on paper was listed for 10 weeks out, so already something was a bit fishy. Even at 10 weeks though, that would have still put me in a good place to be able to have seating for my family visiting for Thanksgiving, leaving me 2 weeks for a buffer. And wouldn’t you know it? I got an email stating there was a hold up in production, and I’d need to wait another 4 weeks. So my family and I hung out in their hotel for Thanksgiving and went out to eat, being as there was no space for them to sit and eat or visit. I just got a call tonight, 4 weeks later (12 weeks since I handed them over half the cost, about $ 1.2k), that the couch still isn’t complete yet, and that maybe it’ll be ready to ship on ¹²⁄₂₁ (15 weeks after purchase). I doubt it, so I’ll be going out of town for Christmas since I don’t have any faith this company will be able to deliver in time for me to have a space for family to sit. I made a huge mistake in shopping here, and really wish I would have gone with ANY of the many competitors around Denver. What a disaster.

Buyer beware… the product was beautiful and I fell in love with my outdoor patio set just to find out it’s junk. My patio set that I paid so much money for didn’t even last 1 year! I tried several times to contact the company for the warranty replacement and emailed them several times and no one ever got back to me. Poor customer service or I should say there’s no customer service. They get their money and then your history! I now shop at OSH for my outdoor furniture and couldn’t be happier!

First, I would like to say that we like the store and the people running it. We expected a good experience based on our interactions.
It’s now been 11 weeks since our order date. Two weeks ago, we were expecting our custom sofa to arrive. We received a call from Broyhill, and instead of our home delivery date, we learned that there was a «software glitch» and our order never went into production back in August. They assured us our order was now in the works and that we would have an early November delivery date, this is a 5 week «expedited» production period. They did offer an apology for the inconvenience.
When the order was placed, we understood that custom orders are non-​refundable, non-​returnable, delivery dates are estimates, etc. However, if our order was never sent to production, it would have been nice to have the option to cancel vs. a call after the order was placed a 2^nd time, locking us in to 5+ or more weeks without furniture. We understand that this is just a sofa, but we don’t have additional furniture that we can use in our space and with guests coming to town this month, it truly puts us in a bind.
Lastly, from our phone call, it didn’t sound like this was the first time a similar delay has happened. It would be nice if Broyhill corporate had a better company response to this highly disappointing inconvenience. If this truly was a corporate-​wide software glitch, Broyhill should make it right by producing our sofa within a couple weeks.
We will consider updating our review once we receive our sofa and see how the owners plan on resolving our dissatisfaction.

I recently redecorated the living room and initially shopped at large furniture stores where I was disappointed with the quality of the furniture as well as the limited style choices. Then I went to Broyhill Home Collections and was thrilled with both the quality of the furniture and the ability to customize the fabric and design choices. Sylvia spent three hours with me as I looked at various furniture styles and then the numerous fabric choices. The furniture, delivered on time, was just as expected — high quality furniture along with beautiful design. I highly recommend this store and their staff to assist with you furnishing a home that reflects you and your family.

Our experience with Broyhill was great!!! They don’t hound you once you walk in their store and and when you do have questions, they know what they are talking about. I would highly recommend them over any high name brand furniture store! These people care about you and what you want!!! The family is great and will always go back!

Was really pleased with the customer service that I received. Also appreciated the use of technology to show the chair with the fabric and leg choices online.

If you’re looking for well made furniture that is not cookie cutter, this is the place. The owners have been in the furniture business for years and are very knowledgeable. We never felt any pressure, no one followed us around, but when we were ready, they were extremely helpful. Lael is the best, he understands the furniture business and explained how the pieces are built and how to take care of the furniture so it would look its best at all times. We did have a small issue with one of our pieces and they handled it the best way possible. We can’t say enough good things about this store and the people who own it.

Quality furniture and great selection of fabrics. Ordered a sofa and chair. Would have given them 5 stars except delivery was more than a month late which really put me in a bind. I would have been happier if they had contacted me but I had to call three times to find out.

We looked EVERYWHERE for furniture that was quality and what we liked. We found it here! And the quality that was delivered to our home after we chose upholstery colors etc was absolutely beautiful, full stop.
Equal quality of service by this family business is top notch in every way. All pieces came to us perfect. And instructions for care etc was explained to me with such care and expertise. I highly recommend this Broyhill Store.

This place turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We were in the market for a new area rug for our living room and after visiting here we didn’t need to look anywhere else.
The collection is extensive and at a very reasonable price point. The best part is the service. Sylvia spent loads of time with us and was very knowledgable, friendly, and focused on meeting our needs. I enthusiastically recommend this business.

Wow, what a find. Just moved to Denver and was in need of a sectional sofa. Wife and I had heard good things about the quality of Broyhill furniture (built in North Carolina) so we stopped by the show room and were greeted with exceptional, insightful customer service.
6 months in: our sofa is very high quality, extremely comfortable and looks great. Couldn’t be happier with the product.
Would have given 5 stars but delivery took at least a week longer than we were originally told.

When my husband and I moved to Aurora a few months ago, we needed three rooms of furniture: dining room, master bedroom, and living room. After touring several furniture stores in the area (including the vast wasteland that is Furniture Row), we came across this gem of a store on Colfax.
I got the impression that some locals turn up their noses at this stretch of Colfax, thinking it’s too sketchy. They need to get over it. I lived in Baltimore for 5 years. This area of town is sunshine and roses by comparison.
But, I digress.
The store offers a wide selection of well-​built furniture. The style certainly leans more towards the more traditional and cozy side, but I saw a few items that looked more modern. I really prefer rich woods over metals, so this was definitely the store for me.
We opted for a master bedroom and living room set from the «Ventana» collection (which has just a touch of Asian inspiration). Our 6 person dining room set was in a different style, but just as lovely. We got to pick out the fabrics on our couch and pillows, of course.
The BEST part about this store is the customer service. It’s been family-​run for years. We worked predominantly with Lail, the son of the owner. He took his time with us and explained a lot about the furniture, how it was made, what we could expect in terms of durability, how to take care of it, etc. He and other members of the staff then took their time to tell us about all the cool stuff to see and do in the area, since we were newbies.
When the furniture was delivered, Lail and an assistant brought everything in, set it all up, then wiped off any dust. They even gave us time to put felt on the bottom of everything since we have hardwood floors. They were extraordinarily careful and courteous. Then, Lail gave us MORE tips on how to rotate our cushions properly and take care of things. :)
The cost of the furniture is definitely above America’s Furniture Warehouse, but lower than the pricier places like Ethan Allen. I felt, however, that we weren’t overpaying for what we got. This is furniture that we’ll have for many years to come.
We’ve had our furniture for a few months now and absolutely love it. I highly recommend checking this place out.
