Saw and item online went into the store found that exact item but showed a higher price. Expected to be told that I had to pay the more expensive price got up to the register showed the price on line and they just gave me the online price. Was so shocked. Very happy right now. They know how to keep customers happy and would definitely be back.

Customer service was non existent. We came in with a rather pricey list of things to buy and ended up walking out with just a trash can because that was the only self serve item on our list. No one would speak to us about the duvet cover availability nor was anyone around to help us pick out which Dyson fan to select, let alone getting it down from the upper shelf. Even when we mentioned this to the manager, she was less than apologetic and suggested we just order online. We will NEVER return to this location.

I tried to return some purchases from the Black Friday sales and the person at the customer service missed entering one item. After finding out when I get home, I went back to the store immediately. They could not believe what I told them and have four people checking on my original receipt and the return receipt over and over again. Luckily they haven’t put away my returns. So finally they had another person refund me the money. Never thought this would happen at bed bath & beyond, but no one at BBB even said an apology to me for all the inconvenience. So double check your receipt before you walk out of their store if you still plan to shop there.

Bed Bath & Beyond has done itself a disservice with that name. It is so much more. It has items for every room in the house. I’m almost always able to find the unique kitchen nick-knack that you can’t find anywhere else. If you just can’t figure out what to get someone for Christmas, come here and wander around and you’ll find something. I know we all get tired of getting those $ 5 off and 20% off coupons in the mail, newspaper and in-boxes, but save them up because they honor them beyond the expiration date.

I’ve been shopping here for Christmas gifts over the past few weeks. I’m very impressed with the service. Every employee is helpful and friendly. At first, I thought it was the one sales person who had helped me, but after several trips to this store, I have found all the employees are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you.

My wife and I stopped in here on Wednesday night after work to grab a few things we needed. They’ve got great customer service. I can’t remember how many times we were asked if we needed any help finding anything. And, a couple times we did need help, so it was nice to not have to go looking for it. The store isn’t as big as the one in Cherry Creek where we used to shop, but this place is sufficient for what we need.

This is the location in the Southlands Mall. It’s hard for me to say anything bad about Bed Bath & Beyond. I love that store. But, as with most chains, the locations are all pretty similar. It’s got a good layout, the people have always been friendly, and as usual they accept my large stack of coupons(even expired ones) when I go in.

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond. There is so much fun stuff to choose from, so much to look at, touch, smell, even taste. It’s home stuff sensory overload to the max. This particular location is neat, clean and has the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Be sure to save and stockpile your 20% off and $ 5 off coupons. They never go bad!

I will admit to being a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond. Normally this is a place I wouldn’t be caught dead in, but BB&B has all the nify, cool gadgets you see on TV and some you never even thought existed. I always see something in here and go cool! and want to spend money.

What I love about BB&B is that if you have a need for a specific kitchen utensil, some as seen on TV device or any random thing you can dream up that goes in your bedroom, bathroom or beyond — you are gonna find it here. I mean this place is stacked with product. It makes me dizzy. What I don’t care for at BB&B are their prices. They skew just a little high for my tastes on most things. Now the price match guarantee is a nice touch, but I have found a lot of what I like are EXCLUSIVE to BB&B and that little guarantee leaves me SOL. At any rate, they have nice stuff. A good selection of home items. The staff is helpful and this one in Southlands is light and bright! Thumbs up!

I have nothing but great things to say for my local BB&B in Southlands-no wonder they’re still alive when other Kitchen & Bath stores did the recession dive — yes, I’m taking to you Linens & Things. While most stores has a price comp policy, they make you jump through hoops, making it not worth the fuss. You end up ordering on line, or driving a bit further to get the sale vs fighting for the price match — well, fear not at this BB&B I took my on-line price to the manager, and within seconds, I walked away with my new Bread Machine — yeah I I
