Traci Lynn Makeup Design

I got married at the peak of summer in July in a 110 F weather. I was worried that our make up is gonna melt and that we may not look good at the end of the night. Thanks to Tracy for doing a wonderful job. Our pictures and videos turns out to be very beautiful. Tracy is very professional and very patient to all of us ten women.

Tracy did my make and 2 of my bridesmaids for my wedding this past weekend. We all loved our make-​up! Did an awesome job! Thank you Traci!

2.5 years later and she finally sends a refund of the deposit to Aubree and wants us to remove our reviews? Nope, not gonna happen. If Traci really wanted to make up for it, Traci would have addressed and resolved the issue immediately instead of treating us like we did something wrong. Like I said before, I understand things go wrong in a business, but to belittle the customer and place blame, just does not justify removing the review 2.5 years later even if she refunded the deposit.

Though Traci has a great personality, I was very disappointed with the makeup design I received. If going for a natural look means going for looking like you arent wearing any makeup, then you got the right girl for the job. I was even more upset when my false eyelash fell off in the middle of the wedding ceremony. It was definitely not worth $ 65.00 and I get upset thinking about the money I wasted for the 15 minutes it took her to do my makeup. Lesson learned :-(

Traci did my makeup, my mom’s, and 2 bridemaids for my wedding this past weekend and we looked great! We all have very different looks and makeup preferences and each person felt comfortable in how she did our makeup.
I had my first trial with her almost a year ago, and then a second one a few weeks before the wedding to finalize color choices, etc. She was flexible with when she was able to meet with me (since we are not from Auburn and had to travel in to meet vendors) and super friendly during the planning process.
Day of, she was punctual to arrive at the venue and very helpful throughout the day. I had her stay a few hours while we took pictures to touch up our makeup in the hot weather. My makeup stayed fresh all day and I felt beautiful. She even helped with my fiancé to keep him looking cool even though we were burning up in the 97 degree weather.
Her rates were good for both the trials, event, and travel.

Highly recommend Traci’s work. I’ve seen her magic and special touch firsthand and have been very impressed with the quality and happy customers. Best of all, she just won the KCRA 2010 «Best Hair and MakeUp.»

Traci was my second makeup artist as I had tried another Sacramento MUA and it didn’t work out. Traci knows how to work with brides in helping them create a look that is unique to them on their wedding day. She was able to do an nontraditional bridal look on me and was excited about that. She was open to trying out new looks. We did 3 looks before I found the look I wanted and each time she was patient and receptive to my requests and critiques. On the day of the wedding she showed up and felt like a part of the bridal party as she had such a friendly and relaxed vibe about her that just is infectious. She was a great vendor and I am glad I had a bad experience with one makeup artist that led me to her. She is truly a gem and everyone loved my makeup! She is also very reasonable priced and even gave me as well as my mother in law samples of makeup. Highly recommend her!

Traci was absolutely amazing! My previous review still stands. She did a fabulous job on my wedding day! Since my ceremony and reception were 6 hours apart, she came back to touch me up for a very reasonable fee. I looked fresh and just as glowing as I did in the morning. She made my evening look a bit more dramatic, so it was great to have two different looks in one day. I wish we could have another wedding so that she could do my makeup again! As cheesy as this sounds, I felt like a princess!

I could not have hired a better make up artist! Traci was so easy to work with! Traci worked well with my hair stylist and ensured that my huge wedding party was beautiful and ready on time! Our make up was natural looking with a flawless finish. Thank you Traci I would recommend you in a heartbeat!
