On the up side my stuff was never stolen or messed with. Beyond that there were many issues. I wanted to take advantage of an advertised special where if a few months are paid for up front there is a discount. When I asked about the special I was told it was only for commercial customers. There was no mention of that in the ad. Next bad sign was when I opened my unit to find it dirty. The cobwebs, bits of card broad and general dust required me to take a trip back home to clean it up. After deciding to just stick the place out because it was so close to where I live I signed up for an automatic payment option. I signed the paperwork and a month later was surprised when I got a late notice with a late fee. Turns out they entered the info from the first card I used with them which was by then closed. Despite having the paperwork showing my auto payments set up with my new card they still would not refund the late charge. In fact the front desk woman was not even interested in seeing the paperwork proving their mistake. When I asked to talk to the owner as to why my late fee would not be refunded due to their error I was told «He’ll be here Monday» and never got a call from him. Does he exist? I cut my losses and got my stuff the hell out of there. Do not use this place for storage.

The new general manager is an a– hole. Power tripping maniac who thinks he is a God. Always threatening to cancel leases if you look at him wrong. He needs his butt kicked.

This is the best place to store your things!
Their rates are excellent, the location secure, and the staff are so friendly.
It’s like one of those small towns where everybody knows each other.
